However, recent reviews highlight that brisket, onion rings, and mac n cheese are sooo good, and the brisket sandwich and platter with fried corn on the cob are both delicious. Sides like sweet potato, potato salad, and collard greens are reportedly tasty. The staff, especially the manager, Kevin, are friendly and helpful, making sure orders are on time and everything is amazing. The service at Bono's is quick and friendly, perfect for a quick stop for lunch. Despite some inconsistencies in the food, the overall experience is positive, and the value is considered good.
