I must say that the customer service here is above and beyond. I went to pick up my turkey today, but my order was not correct. I didn't get the woman's name, but she went out of her way to make me a happy customer again. I didn't yell or make a scene, but I did feel a tear trickle down my cheek (since I though I would have no turkey for Thanksgiving) when she told me about my order. First time in Carroll's Meat shoppe, service was great and plenty to choose from..for me the sausage dogs..the butcher even cut them bun length for me. And the local honey, so tasty..will revisit soon..
