JR's Wings and More came to my neighborhood last Friday. I met the owner who was very friendly. John offered me a sample of the hot wing sauce prior to purchasing. It had a nice kick so I was sold. I watched him make the hot sauce when I arrived to place my order. So you know everything is fresh!I ordered 6 bone-in wings. The wings were cooked perfectly, crispy outside and juicy inside. I could wax poetic for hours about how good their food is, but I'll refrain and simply state this family knows how to do wings, fries, and burgers. Catch them when the truck is slow and you'll never meet a nicer host. If the line is long, know they'll get your food done right and not do any half measures.
