I hope whoever runs this place takes notice of the way she treats customers and I hope she is rewarded for it.. from the experience I had with another worker to the experiences I’ve had with Rosie turned this review from a bad one to a great one… customer service is important and in this case it shows.. I come here literally every day and after the bad experience I had with another employee I had made up my mind to find another smoothie spot but came here another two times to see if I could catch Rosie on her shift to ask if what the other employee told me was true or not because it seemed outrageous.. I’ll continue coming to this smoothie spot only because you guys have Rosie on your team.. I have no issues with anyone on the team but just what I was told by another employee seemed outrageous and turned out to be not true.. I believe it may have been just a case of misunderstanding or simply not knowing so again misunderstanding I’d hope but I hope Rosie gets the proper recognition and compensation for her great customer service and overall leadership skills and knowledge..

This isn’t to bash on the other employee and nothing against her. I’m sure it was a misunderstanding or something but I hope if she’s not already, Rosie earns some type of compensation/promotion for the amazing job she does.

Also great smoothies. My personal favorite is the Mr. Mongo add blueberries with a couple of the add ons like protein and meal replacement since I don’t always have the opportunity to eat as much as I’d like to due to my current job and schedule so that extra protein and meal replacement helps.“

“This place is the very definition of a mom and pop shop. The level of the food and drinks match the warmth and welcome of the lovely husband and wife owners. It is a little hole in the wall in the sense that it's located inside of a gym but my goodness .... from what I have sampled so far, this business deserves its very own brick and mortar establishment. Every time I have ordered any food item, it has always been on point --- especially the curry dishes! What makes it even better is that it's healthy and low in calories. A double win! And let me guarantee you one more thing --- you would be hard pressed to find a fruit smoothie fresher and more delicious than what you get at Jax Juice Bar. It's second to none! “Vale catered a beautiful and healthy lunch for the teachers and staff of Global Leadership Academy. From first contact through set up Aaron the manager and Sonny the owner handled the event like it was a white glove gala. Their communication was on point leaving no room for worries. Everything arrived hot, smelling delicious and set up with care. We ordered 1x Full Pan of Vale Rice 1x Full Pan of Cilantro lime Brown Rice and beans 1x Full Pan of Chipotle Mac n Cheese ( twice baked with extra cheese topped ) 1x Full Pan of Spinach and Arugula Salad 1x Full Pan of Baja Summer Kale Salad 1x Full Pan of Roasted Broccoli 1x Full Pan of Turmeric Onions and Peppers 2x Full Pan of BBQ Chicken 2x Full Pan of Turkey Spinach Feta Meatballs 2x Chipotle Ranch 2x Vale Vinaigrette 1x full pan of Almond Butter protein Brownies 20x white chocolate macadamia cookies 20x chocolate chip cookies. “I am a cancer patient stage three ovarian cancer. I need a lot of protein for my treatment. I called smoothie King and spoke with Ally M. the smoothie King store number 1380 off JTB. I called because I really didn’t know what to order. I just wanted something really high protein and I figured she wouldn’t have time to talk to me because it’s busy doing the holidays, but she took time to help me make a decision and actually save my order so that when I pulled up and say this is Regina, she said drive-through what I didn’t expect is for her to say this is on me, Regina. But that wasn’t it. What was it as I pulled the cup up when I drove off to take a sip to see if I could stomach it I saw you got this. We appreciate you and it started with my name. It was Regina. You’ve got this. We appreciate you with a smiley face. In today’s society, Customer Service is so rare people seem to be angry to serve, but Ally was freaking amazing and people could take lessons from her and learn how to serve people the way she did. I felt so special I had to leave a review🎉 It’s difficult to leave a review on the smoothie but being a smoothie user I always loved their smoothie but the smoothies today with the chemo taste like metal but it has nothing to do with the quality of that so It’s all around five stars“

New favorite: Generous portions, not too pricey, gluten free granola. The smoothie was also sooo good and not watery. I was full for the rest of the day. I’ve been tempted to order the same thing every day since and I definitely might visit them for lunch this week a couple times.“

They recently hired Josh as the General Manager and i have never had a better exprience since he took over.
