“I eat in Panera almost every day, since due to my work I move around all over the US. This has been my best experience in terms of food in a Panera. The sandwich was very well made with the right amount of ingredients and the salad had plenty of dressing. It's insane how often I'm disappointed eating in other Paneras. I'm definitely saving this one for next time I come to Florida.“

“I really enjoy dining at Panera Bread; the atmosphere is usually warm and inviting, and the food is consistently delicious. However, my recent visit was overshadowed by a rather unpleasant encounter. There was a young woman working at the counter who seemed to have a noticeably negative attitude. She barely greeted customers, including myself, and it felt as if she was not interested in providing the friendly service that Panera is known for. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of courtesy, especially in a place that prides itself on creating a welcoming environment. I believe that treating customers with kindness and respect is essential in the service industry, and I hope this experience was just an isolated incident.“

“I’ve had to switch to this location, Atlantic blvd close to Hodges/joandy. Now we’re talking! good service, great quality and quantity. This is how the one in Atlantic Bch use to be. No company is perfect, but I drive a few more miles out of my way cause they at least try to stick w their standards“

“The staff here was attentive, I arrived later in the evening and ordered at the kiosk to make my presence easier on the staff, and the food was done promptly. Unfortunately, I didn't check the bag before leaving the restaurant ? I always check the bag.

I checked the bag when I got home realizing one item was missing from my order, I was worried I would be forced to drive back, and I was too tired for all that. I am 100% understanding when it comes to mistakes ? we all make them.

I called the location, explained the situation, and he offered a refund right there over the phone!! Other restaurants not offering this option, I was very satisfied with the service I received, and I got my money back on my card within a few days!“

“What an amazing experience I had here. I love the food, love the service, and are just absolutely phenomenal. I love everything here, and it's hard to pick out what things I don't like. “Went for a quick dinner after shopping and even though seemingly short staffed, the manager and staff remained cheery and honestly amazing through the dinner rush. We watched a few customers grumble about the wait times but the manager handled the situation with so much grace that it made the wait entirely bearable. Fantastic crew on hand!“

“I like this Panera Bread, even though there were a few misunderstandings and problems as to why the combo didn't come with a drink. I enjoyed coming here; the food was to my liking, although I could've sworn I put an order in for the spicy steak. I didn't complain because either way, it's not a big deal to me and mistakes happen. And I enjoyed the atmosphere as it was to my liking as well. Plus, I had to wait to confront the cashier which took some time and the only thing I didn't like was how they spelled my name wrong as Donivin but I guess I should be used to it by now that most people don't know how to spell my name properly for whatever reason it's a little annoying but anyway moving-on not that big of a deal.

I give this Panera Bread 4 out of 5 stars. I do recommend coming here if you ever need a quick fix for food when you are hungry. The people here were pretty nice!!“

“I felt icky eating in here. This crew needs some serious deep cleaning days. I always thought there were “daily detail” jobs (or there were when I worked for Panera!) but the ledges are super dusty, as are the lamp shades, the booths need a serious wipe down, and the carpets under the tables need to be scrubbed or replaced (or at least vacuumed/swept better.) The tables that looked clean all had crumbs and sticky stuff on them (hard to see with the wood grain pattern.) Love the food at Panera, but this one was pretty gross for being one of the newer ones in town.“

“Panera bread has organically and ethically derived and sustained food. It is very important to me, as I strive to be healthy. I love their options and coupons, and they are fast and friendly. The one in Jax Beach had a very friendly lady who gave me half a cookie. Whaaat?“
