“Great service! We had issues using our papa dough points online and called the store he said he will cancel our order so we can try again. We did shortly before we got to the store and our pizza was made faster than expected and came out so fresh and delicious.“

“Oh my goodness I almost dropped to my knees because the manger has a amazing bubble and slim too, if I didn't see the ring I would've tried to do her on the front counter. I had just came from getting a new phone, light skinned tie guy. Husband is one lucky sob.“

“Fast service, great staff, food is always hot and always prepared the way I ask them to make it. I also run Doordash. When I get an order to deliver, I hardly ever have to wait for it to be done unless I'm within 4-5 minutes of the store. The only downside would be the drinks (2 liters, etc.) are sometimes not cold. This usually occurs on holidays, game nights, or special events because they run through them too fast to keep them cold. I hope you enjoy your pizza ?.Parking: Next to police sub station.“

“Ive ordered from here like 10 times and I have NEVER had an issue with customer service or having my order incomplete. Even when an employee was having a major problem she still kept my order ready for me to take. Just today a door-dasher driver stole my pizza and the lady on the phone offered plenty of help to me in order to either replace it quickly or to refund me or give me credit on my rewards account. She was very kind and very quick to answer. Ive never met a bad person at this Papa Johns. My orders usually say theyll take an hour to get to my house but actually arrive in 30-45 minutes and the driver always has my items and they are always sure to knock multiple times. 10/10“

“To be honest I am a Dasher for doordash.I arrived at the store to pick up an order for a customer went to deliver it at a hotel on the beach in Jacksonville and there was nobody in the room the room is vacant turns out they had left and didn't change the address in the app for any place to the next order the next day and of course I couldn't deliver it.Long story short durash asked me to take the pizza back to the restaurant I did they told me to keep it that's why I enjoyed a wonderful Pizza lunch with breadsticks and a 2 L of soda on Jacksonville Beach the food was great it was still hot and the restaurant was clean. “I don't see why everybody's going so hard on Papa John pizza's pretty damn good I get the Alfredo with Canadian bacon and spinach extra cheese extra garlic sauce and it always hits the spot. I don't know what's up with all these haters on here but we've all heard it many times it's always a good product and a good experience if you want to try it I say go for it.“

“We ordered 11 pizzas for carry-out at 11 AM, online 3 days in advance. I called at 10:15 AM that morning to confirm my order and sure enough the order was received. The associate offered to prepare my pizzas earlier and I took him up on that. All pizzas were prepared correctly and it was a pleasant experience at a great price.“

“1/13/2024 3 years later after a string of bad pizza orders I came back. A much better crew and the pizzas are good again. The pizzas I’m getting now are consistently prepared and cooked correctly. Nothing to complain about. 1/23/21- the pizza crust was literally burnt!! Completely unsat. This location has so many issues with consistent quality. I'm sad to say I won't be going back to this location. PWorst ever and now reading their city inspection report- is it meat or burnt flies? Management isn't paying attention.“

“I live right around the corner from Pizza Hut on superbowl I could not place a order with them. The app was down and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I put an order online here easily it was ready in 15 minutes when i go inside they have a army back there working hard for us. Thank you papa John's for have you stuff together on the busiest day of the year for pizza and wings.“

“Thanks for being a consistent and delicious dinner go to for nights when cooking just isn’t in the cards. Always fast, hot and fresh ingredients cooked perfect. After many orders I did finally Have an issue, while I sat on hold 20 minutes with the store and explained to two people that the door dasher brought me another customers order so I refused it - I ended up getting a text that my order was being redelivered in 20 minutes. I would’ve preferred a “we will handle it” instead of a “hold please” but hey, they handled it! They are always busy, but a great spot. Thanks again team!“

“I'm really surprised at the reviews on here.. we've been getting pizza here once a week for about 2 months now and have had no problems. The crust could use some flavor but I'm cheap and don't pay the extra for garlic season crust. We get a Philly steak and cheese every time and it's always good. I like that they give garlic sauce cups when getting a hand tossed pizza, I do wish they gave them when getting thin crust too. I order online at home and then leave almost immediately, my 8yo walks in and out with the pizza immediately as well- if ever a wait, it's because there's a bunch of people in line. Good solid cheap pizza.“

“Honestly, I’m surprised at all the bad reviews. I come here often and have never had a bad experience. Not to mention, they always have my order ready literally in less than 15 minutes and I don’t recall it ever being bad or incorrect. The employees are nice. My fave fast pizza place!“
