“Food was delicious and hot. It was delivered quickly. In two orders they brought the wrong sodas. So they make substitute selections for you or are not paying attention. The rest of the experience was wonderful.Vegetarian options: The pasta dishes have a vegetable option too.“

“I’ve been going to this location since 1999 since I moved to Jacksonville. The employees are very nice always made me happy every time I walk in. They never disappoint, and my food is always fresh. This location is better than the one on Old Augustine and San Jose. I hope this location never shutdown. Appreciate your business guys..“

“Only this Pizza Hut location in the Lakewood area has the best customer service! They always go above & beyond! Unfortunately this Pizza Hut many years ago was taken out of my delivery zone. So now I’ve made the best of it and enjoy getting my pizza only as a carry-out, which is always fixed to perfection. “Pizza Hut is always a hit or miss in my opinion. It's my moms go to place for pizza. So, she orders for dinner. It was done on time, it was fresh, and it was made exactly how it was supposed to be, unlike last time. It was very good. I love the super supreme. The crust was good this time. The parmesan bread sticks are my favorite when they're fresh. We had the family meal which is 1 large specialty and 1 large 1 topping, side of breadsticks of your choice, and a 2 liter soda for 26.99. It's a great deal compared to other places. When using the app you can earn points towards free food. There were two men working and they were both very nice. It wasn't busy at all. Very quiet inside. I had a better experience than the last time, so I'm happy about that.“

“This Pizza Hut is where I ordered one of my first meals when I got to Jacksonville. I didn't have the pleasure of walking into the store, I ordered for delivery.As far as my delivery order, the pizza was just like I remember from the time that I worked there back in the late 90's.I'd like to encourage the leadership of the store to keep up the good work. You have trained your staff well. All ingredients were evenly distributed and I had all ingredients throughout the pizza. Thank you very much.“

“I ordered curbside pick up and the young lady ran out to my truck as soon as I called with a beautiful smile and was very polite. I got the pizza home and it was more than I expected at a very reasonable price. It tasted great and I ate too much“

“Food was hot and ready as promised with prompt customer service. I spoke with someone from a call center when placing my order. They were able to create a specialty pizza they no longer carry on the menu, for the same price as the special they were running. Unfortunately, i could not use my rewards points online or on the phone. I was informed that partucular location did not accept them.“

“I have to give credit when it is due. This location has improved a lot. My only problem is the you get workers need to understand there's a time to good off and when to be serious. I usually place my order and with I do carry or I drive up. I finally decided to Uber eats and my order was messed up twice and my whole order was burnt. You can't get through to the store over the phone unless you call the customer service line and when you do get them the order is wrong. However, when the drivers get to your place, I love the fact you can check your order with them and they can see their mishaps to fix it. The pros to this store is during drive up or Carry out you can fix your order at the window and the food is beautiful in presentation and freshly ordered. This store has a lot of potential and the younger works do as well. With a little more customer service training I think everything will be fine but keep up the decent work.“

“I was so happy to find that this Pizza Hut location had a late closing time!I called in at 11:10PM and I didn't feel rushed. The representative was pleasant and she did talked to me as if the store was just opening and not closing in less than an hour.My order was up 10 minutes after I got there! Customer service was exceptional, the food was great, and I NOW have a favorite late night Pizza Hut on speed dial! ?“

The staff working this evening were hustling. They were busy and everyone was really working. Food was perfect. “Ordered through the app. The est. Delivery time came and went. So I called the store. I spoke to Frank and he assured me my pies were on the way. They arrived within 5 min of talking to him, about min past what the stated. So expected cold or just warm pies. Not only were they nice and hot, they were cooked perfectly.“
