The establishment is always clean, the staff members are friendly, super accommodating, and my orders are always fresh and ready on time! Also, the team work between the staff moves fluidly and consistently. I’ve never had a bad experience or bad food here. Keep up the good work 103rd🫶🏾“

“I just moved here. It’s my first day here in Jacksonville, after a long day of moving boxes and unpacking we wanted something quick and easy so we went to this location. We were met with kind, cheerful and helpful staff and the food was great! I have no complaints and will definitely order more pizza since this place is only 4 minutes from my new place!!“

“I'm here to praise this location. I have been ordering from this location for 10 years. As the food industry is slipping drastically with prices rising and the quality of food dropping and the attitude of the employees. This location has not let me down, atleast the last 5 times over the mths, I have not one bad thing to say about the quality of the food. I just wanted to take a minute to praise them for that..
Now I will say that I'm not a fan of passing off their delivery orders to a third party. As those people are not as nice or welcoming or caring while delivering the food.. i.e smashing boxes, not speaking and staying on their cellphone while standing at my door, and snatching money.“

“The best experience I have ever had at a pizza place! The pizza was fresh and super hot and the cinnamon sticks were also fresh and had the perfect amount of cinnamon sugar! I got the new parmesan crust and was pleasantly surprised with how yummy and crunchy and flavorful it was!!! Erica & Skylar were amazing & I honestly will probably go back this weekend for more pizza because I am obsessed!!!!!! My kids love extra cheese!!!“

“We purchased the supreme pan and my brother loved it, my mom and I got the veggie on thin crust and it was good I loved the crust but the veggie selection was slim. I've had better but than again I have had worse. I placed the order when I arrived and it was cooked very fast. Was offered a special without asking for one.“

While I was sitting there waiting, I shared with her that I had lost my grandson in a terrible car accident back in May, and that dear girl showed me nothing but kindness and compassion. She listened to me so respectfully and spoke to me with such a gentle heart. She even took the time to recommend a church for me to visit. In a time where I have been carrying so much grief, her kindness truly meant more to me than she probably realizes, and I will never forget it.“

Hats off to the pizza maker who took their time and made this pizza with care as if it was for them!!! Job well done!“

“I cane here june 7th. The service and the food was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised to find this dine in pizza hut. I am an out of towner from Virginia. The mozzarella sticks and supreme pizza were made perfectly. Kudos to the cook Brandon. We will surely cone back to this location.“

“I always receive great service at this location & my order is always hot & perfect! Only a couple of times just a small detail of my order was wrong however both times it was made better with pleasant service!! 1st time the manager remade my pizza & went above & beyond! The 2nd time Brianna offered to have it remade however I declined due to how late it had gotten & again, she was also very kind, apologetic, offered advice how it can be prevented in the future & offered other ways to make it better for tonight!! In the world we live in today there is so much bad customer service, but Brianna showed the exact opposite just as the manager Angela did before!! Big kuddos to Angela & Brianna!!!!😊“
