“It’s refreshing to be able to use my mobile app to order lunch, and pick up my order without hassle.
My job is less than five minutes away from the Popeyes on Soutel, so I am a frequent customer.
It was nice having a chance to see Lamar, Saquey, Mr. Edward, and Ms. Aliyah today.
I hadn’t ordered this year so I made it my business to tell them HAPPY 2026!
They are always busy preparing orders and it’s nice to see their welcoming smiles.
The food is ALWAYS FRESH & their superior customer service etiquette is appreciated. 🤩“
“Let me tell y'all something. It is a SHAME that they have closed down some Popeyes locations near us. For family Popeyes day we have to travel ALL the way down to this one, and they got themselves a pot hole that looks like a Godzilla footprint. I mean that thang is MASSIVE. Y'know, the people and food more than made up for it. Friendly, fast and juicy. It was everything we needed. 10 stars, have the city fix them roads!“
“One of the best Popeyes I've been to in a while, being from the New Orleans area I feel that Popeyes is just not that good anymore, but this location was very good. Other locations just don't take any pride in there food. It's like they don't care one way or the other. It's a shame Cuz Al Copland loved his business and the people of New Orleans.“
“I've always had them put extra gravy on the side (the mashed potatoes never have enough gravy). This time i was told they couldn't do that any longer that they could only put extra gravy ON the mashed potatoes and that I'd have to pay extra. While I don't mind paying extra if it's truly on the side but I do mind paying extra when they put it in same container because there's not enough room in the container since your taters go to the top. I've gotten extra gravy on the side for years and would pay extra if it came in a separate little container but they wanna squeeze it into a potatoe container thats already full.“

The employees and food were great. The food was still being made when I went to get it at the drive thru. Awesome! It came out nice and hot and stayed that way all the way home. Thanks!
Now, the downside: the exterior of the building and the parking lot are in terrible, terrible, terrible shape. It did made me hesitate going there. Whoever owns this location needs to take care of the exterior like now. The drive thru is so bumpy and horrible! Some parts of it have been uprooted by trees and are sticking up in like an X pattern from all sides. Go through the drive through really, really slow.“

“I went to the location on 103rd down by Old Middleburg Rd and the guy was so rude and impatient. So I told him don’t worry about it I will go to another location.. and I thank him for his rudeness cause Argyle Forest location food was so fresh and hot everything I ordered was fresh even the French fries was fresh and hot the Mac was good and hot first time I tried it, the chicken and biscuit I must give y’all a 10/10 my first time in forever going to a Popeyes and everything was good and on point! Thanks for the good customer service as well!“

Hot jumbo chicken tenders,hot fries,too much ice in soda cup.
Friendly staff,clean( in and out.) Food took about 5 minutes,no long lines.They had honey for my biscuits,honey mustard sauce for my tenders and ketchup for my fries.

“The drive thru cashier today was on point. Handled the lunch rush with such immaculate vibes, super sweet, patient too; you could see the team vibing and working behind the counter. The food tasted better than at other Popeyes, worth the visit ♡ You guys did a great job I hope your management knows.“

Hoping for a quick turnaround because this is my go to popeyes great service friendly staff and clean. They work fast and get you exactly what you ordered. Soutel location doesn't check a single one of those boxes. Hope you guys open again soon“

First time I've been to Popeyes in a very long time because it seems like every location I go to they're always out of everything.
A very pleasant surprise that they had what I wanted was freshly prepared quick service all around an awesome experience.“
“I simply requested a fresh chicken sandwich and was willing to wait. However, I was overshadowed by the employee that been making the same request all day regarding sandwiches for hours. I knew this wasn’t true, but I didn’t have the energy to go back-and-forth because I just released from the hospital.
I had a bad experience with the a Popeyes restaurant before, so I always make my request and let the worker know that I don’t mind waiting the six minutes. Unfortunately, my chicken sandwich arrived soggy and old, as I had expected.“
“Everything was great, food was fresh and hot, staff was prompt and friendly. Portions was appropriate and a great value. Store was expectinally clean and well maintained. Napkins, straws, and cutlery kits were stocked. Manager was present and assisting staff. Plenty of parking and the lot was very clean.“

“The manager, Tyrell opened the door for me. The cashier was nice. I got my senior citizen's discount for my order. I had to wait on spicy chicken to be fried. The cashier offered me a complimentary drink for waiting. The manager was trying to be nice in offering apple pies with my order. I said something in reference to my weight, he was cool about it. I apologize Tyrell. If you go into this restaurant with a lot of patience and a good attitude you will get good service.“

Everything I got was fresh and hot 🥵 I go to this location out of any other cause my food always hot, fresh and sizzling ! Definitely got a starting line up dream team at this location.“

Every time my brother comes in to order on behalf of the family, these representatives have provided him EXCELLENT SERVICE in making sure that the food is fresh, made specifically to the dietary needs of each family member, and that he's not lingering in a long line waiting for food.
