Whenever we head to downtown Jacksonville for a musical concert, or event, this is our go to restaurant. It's located in the lobby of the Hyatt. Plenty of convenient free street parking, ( and also a parking garage for a fee) just across the street. It's located on the St Johns Riverfront and a couple blocks away is the Florida Theater. The food here is always good. And there is always a variation with the menu, depending on your taste. Highly recommend!
Decided to dine here and take advantage of their happy hour specials. There are certain appetizers and drinks you can choose from. I decided on the roasted Brussel sprouts and the warm soft pretzel with beer cheese. For my drink I ordered a regular old fashioned. Service was good granted they were super busy due to the several conventions being held at the hotel. Food came out fairly quick but what I found odd was that I had to wait for the cheese portion of the pretzel appetizer....read full review

We appeared to be the only diners but the service was very slow. The food was not up to the standard I would expect for the price we paid. We ordered a steak done medium rare but had to send it back because it was very rare. Even after it came back the second time it was still quite bloody.
