“Was easily provided the best service here that exceeded the poorly rated Hamilton location.

Romondo did everything possible to ensure I got my order in a small waiting time of 3 mins he was also very attentive and calm by knowing exactly how to handle offer app orders.

I'm ecstatic I didn't have to explain myself over and over like at the other location.“

“Was there at about 1:30pm this past Wed. Only a couple of other people were there at the time. All the employees had smiles on their faces and very pleasant. Got food very quickly and was exactly what we ordered. Restaurant was very clean. So pleased that we got a couple of Frostys to go. Only complaint was that music was very loud.“

I came in on a Saturday afternoon with two special needs deaf friends. We were immediately greeted by the front counter attendant. She was gracious and sweet. The young lady working the window promptly brought us a laminated menu for the Deaf friends to use as a visual aid. Food was hot and fresh and delicious! The friends of mine aren’t able to get out much. Little things like this adds so much to their experience. In fact the entire staff was awesome. Truly a team. Thank you all!

“They provide convenient service. I especially like their great quality, salty fries. Their small burger is good. I appreciate and like their Doublestack which has good flavor with cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onion. Their medium fry is a great side. I appreciate plenty of ketchup for the fries and to dip the burger.

“The new salted caramel Frosty is amazing! This location is pretty good, but sometimes the drive-thru can get backed up pretty far. It's not unusual to wait a long time at this particular location. That can vary depending on what time of day you go. Definitely not the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The manager was very helpful and prompt and resolving a small issue I had at checkout.

Vegetarian options: They have salads that you can get without meat and the baked potato is always great.“

“Definitely a bit of waiting time at 10:30pm, but patience paid off very well , best tasting Wendy's meals, only 2 employees where on site, very professional even thoe i heard some customers been rude. Who ever was on the 4th of july, THANK U!“

“I'm ONLY rating this Wendy's with 4 stars because of this one particular young lady that was the most kind hearted fast food employee I've ever been face to face with. Otherwise, I would rate it zero starts if it was an option and if she wasn't there.

“It's a pleasure to go into a familiar establishment and find that away from home the people have great attitudes, even when mistakes are made. The food was good and hot. The service was quick. Even the other patrons that came in enjoyed the young lady taking orders.“

“I can't lie, I was afraid that my order would be cold and I was immediately aggravated that there was a HOLE in the middle of the area leading up to the microphone where orders are placed!

But here recently they seem to have really changed up, my food is always hot, ive gotten the same lady taking my order and she is always awesome. I didn’t ask their names but, a middle aged man and woman. Both with alot of tattoos?? have made my recent visits exceptional.“

“My husband and I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru. I got a chocolate frosty but unfortunately they were all out. The assistant manager was very accommodating and personable. He gave us a note to come back at a later date and get one then. Thank you Eric so much for being understanding and helping us! You are a credit to your team.“

“I have to say this Wendy’s has always been disappointing but it’s the only one near my home. Today I give them 5 stars. Everything was excellent. Normally there would be an issue with something from the service or the food but thanks to the manager Kera, I might return to being a regular customer again. The hamburgers were fresh, not old and didn’t mind the mayo. Fries hot and good just like the nuggets. I give this entire crew a thank you for providing great service, fresh food and I hope service will continue to this great from now on“

“I arrived in the drive thru and I was deciding what I wanted. Then I made my order of a #2 just the sandwich. Came around to the window and another lady came out of the lobby area saying she was waiting for her food for 10min and the manager said don't let these people start with me today. So they exchanged words, she then gave me my sandwich and I checked it. It was not fresh and I asked for a refund. The manager came to the counter and gave me cash and stated these people are getting on my nerves. I took my money and politely left. That service was terrible.“

“The place was clean, with clean bathrooms that were stocked well. Most of the food was hot and fresh, but some of the chicken nuggets were room temp. The staff was very kind and professional.

“After a somewhat good review a couple weeks ago tonight was disappointing. I checked the temperature of the fries before I pulled away from the drive-thru, they were lukewarm, I asked if I could get some fresh hot fries, she told me those had just been pulled. I did not want to argue with her so I left but I knew she was lying. I worked in fast food for approximately 8 years and know that hot fries if they're just pulled within 5 minutes is it going to be so hot that you can't eat them right away. I did not have far to drive and by the time I got home they were cold. I don't know who she thought she was kidding but hopefully the sandwich will be better. I would love to have a coupon for a large fry and make sure that they are extremely fresh“

“On our way out of town, we decided to grab a quick meal from Wendy's. We ordered two double stack Biggie bags (which are now $6) and a kid's meal cheeseburger. Everything was fresh and correctly prepared. One double stack was a special request, and so was the kid's meal. I also tried the Peppermint Frosty, and it was good. The mint flavor was really light. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! I would visit this location again.“

“There’s a super nice girl who works the drive thru at night, you won’t find anyone that friendly at any other late night fast food place! Plus the food was perfect, hot and fresh and my order was correct. So not sure what magic she’s got but yall better keep her 😂“

“I usually order the #1 for breakfast Maple Butter chicken with bacon Croissant, and ask for an extra little cup or maple butter to dip my fries and sandwich in. Usually the extra cup is no charge. Today it was 75 cents and rang up as extra cheese. Tastes just as good. 😋“

I want to give a special shoutout to Manager Annie, who consistently ensures that my order is fresh and prepared to perfection. My go-to order is the Number 3 combo, consisting of a 10-piece nugget and fries. I'm always impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendly staff. “Today my wife and I decided to have lunch at Wendy's before heading home. The cashier ANNIE whewwwwww Chile. This young lady is the true definition of what customer service should look like. Wendy's either promote her or give her a raise. Her customer service was on point and with a smile 😊 I'll be back Annie.“

“I ordered a big meal for my family and one of the meals that I paid for was not given to me. I had drove back to the other side of town before realizing it. I never had a mishap with Wendy's so I normally do not have to check behind them. Either way I called, gave my name to the person I spoke to on the phone at Wendy, and was told my name would be on the list for when I was able to come back through again to pick it up. We'll I came through, my name was no where to be found, but the lady manager who was on duty this day, said it okay no problem, I got you.
