“Was easily provided the best service here that exceeded the poorly rated Hamilton location.
Romondo did everything possible to ensure I got my order in a small waiting time of 3 mins he was also very attentive and calm by knowing exactly how to handle offer app orders.
I'm ecstatic I didn't have to explain myself over and over like at the other location.“
“I can't lie, I was afraid that my order would be cold and I was immediately aggravated that there was a HOLE in the middle of the area leading up to the microphone where orders are placed!
To my surprise, my food was fresh to include the hot and delicious fries and the young lady that took the order and gave me my meals, was polite, and she DID NOT FORGET to place my plastic ware in my bag! Thanks ☺️“
“Was there at about 1:30pm this past Wed. Only a couple of other people were there at the time. All the employees had smiles on their faces and very pleasant. Got food very quickly and was exactly what we ordered. Restaurant was very clean. So pleased that we got a couple of Frostys to go. Only complaint was that music was very loud.“

“They provide convenient service. I especially like their great quality, salty fries. Their small burger is good. I appreciate and like their Doublestack which has good flavor with cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onion. Their medium fry is a great side. I appreciate plenty of ketchup for the fries and to dip the burger.

“I love this Wendy's location! I always go through the drive-thru, although it may take a bit to get through the line as expected as it is a very busy place, Tati, or Tatiyannah, is always there and provided excellent service. Ever since she started there, my experience was turned around and now I'm even leaving a review because she's always on top of everything! Tati, if you're reading this thank you so much! She always gets my order down exactly how I want it as well! I always get the JBC Biggie Bag plain with large fries and my mom gets the Double Stack Biggie Bag plain and we have never once had an issue like we did before. Even when the Wendy's app is not liking the coupons, which is also a big reason why I go, she still has my back and works hard with the computer to get the coupons working! All in all, this Wendy's is now the only Wendy's I want to go to. Thank you!“
“The new salted caramel Frosty is amazing! This location is pretty good, but sometimes the drive-thru can get backed up pretty far. It's not unusual to wait a long time at this particular location. That can vary depending on what time of day you go. Definitely not the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The manager was very helpful and prompt and resolving a small issue I had at checkout.
Vegetarian options: They have salads that you can get without meat and the baked potato is always great.“
“Definitely a bit of waiting time at 10:30pm, but patience paid off very well , best tasting Wendy's meals, only 2 employees where on site, very professional even thoe i heard some customers been rude. Who ever was on the 4th of july, THANK U!“

“Used drive thru during lunch hours.Workers were very busy, however they kept letting me know they would be with me. Workers were performing multiple jobs due to personal coverage.Even with staff shortage and it being at lunch, service was relatively fast.My order was correct and the food was perfect.Great job!Steve Brown“
“I arrived in the drive thru and I was deciding what I wanted. Then I made my order of a #2 just the sandwich. Came around to the window and another lady came out of the lobby area saying she was waiting for her food for 10min and the manager said don't let these people start with me today. So they exchanged words, she then gave me my sandwich and I checked it. It was not fresh and I asked for a refund. The manager came to the counter and gave me cash and stated these people are getting on my nerves. I took my money and politely left. That service was terrible.“
“This wendys has been really spotty for the first part of this year. But here recently they seem to have really changed up, my food is always hot, ive gotten the same lady taking my order and she is always awesome. I didn’t ask their names but, a middle aged man and woman. Both with alot of tattoos?? have made my recent visits exceptional.“

Kid-friendliness: They have a large space for big birthday parties, and fun food for all ages , staff smiles and welcomes all who walk in to eat fresh food and at the drive thru they offer quick service that is accurately served sometimes they have to close to cater or restock or train their constantly busy establishment. they are hiring and offer great benefits such as trading, relocation payments , tuition reimbursement, matching 401k reinvestment and franchise ownership investment retirement , food gift cards rhat are reloadable small samples of their new soda flavors.“
“My husband and I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru. I got a chocolate frosty but unfortunately they were all out. The assistant manager was very accommodating and personable. He gave us a note to come back at a later date and get one then. Thank you Eric so much for being understanding and helping us! You are a credit to your team.“
“The place was clean, with clean bathrooms that were stocked well. Most of the food was hot and fresh, but some of the chicken nuggets were room temp. The staff was very kind and professional.

“On our way out of town, we decided to grab a quick meal from Wendy's. We ordered two double stack Biggie bags (which are now $6) and a kid's meal cheeseburger. Everything was fresh and correctly prepared. One double stack was a special request, and so was the kid's meal. I also tried the Peppermint Frosty, and it was good. The mint flavor was really light. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! I would visit this location again.“

“Not going to exaggerate but this Wendy’s has really exceeded my expectations. Now, I came here before it was no other experience such as the one that I had today. The waiter/cashier Khymani (apologies for the misspelling) was the sweetest, caring and friendliest representative that greeted me soon as I walked through the door and that set the tone for how I knew something was different. Then the manager (I assumed) made me smile so hard with a warm reminiscent description and comment of my notorious B.I.G shirt that she remembers also when we were younger. It further helped ease my usual social anxiety, making me feel more at home. This experience really brings back great memories of the good old days. I want to give a special shoutout to Manager Annie, who consistently ensures that my order is fresh and prepared to perfection. My go-to order is the Number 3 combo, consisting of a 10-piece nugget and fries. I'm always impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendly staff. “I ordered a big meal for my family and one of the meals that I paid for was not given to me. I had drove back to the other side of town before realizing it. I never had a mishap with Wendy's so I normally do not have to check behind them. Either way I called, gave my name to the person I spoke to on the phone at Wendy, and was told my name would be on the list for when I was able to come back through again to pick it up. We'll I came through, my name was no where to be found, but the lady manager who was on duty this day, said it okay no problem, I got you. “My personal choice for fast food. The others are good. But Wendy's serves wholesome solid beef and its amazingly fabu!!!!!!. I prefer a double with all the fixins'. Their fries can be a bit over salted, HOWEVER nothing like ordering a fry no salt and always get creme la crop! Wendy's is my go too for fast food! ALWAYS!!! FRESH NEVER FROZEN!!!!!!!!!!! EVERY SINGLE DAY, EVERY SINGLE WAY. Their spicy and hot options are AMAZING I am sure! Have yet to try! Looking forward to!!!Love their real chicken nuggets, not processed like all the others'.

“Our family went in after a very long day and needed special orders for kids meals. Mollette took such good care of us for our very specific needs, and fed and made our very hungry and very tired kids feel so very cared for.
She even gave them a frosty sample to enjoy, ending our day on such a positive note.
Our child even commented that it was the best Wendy’s experience they’d ever had.“
“honest review over here. i would order ue from this wendys all the time and every time i got some, it would blow my mind off how good everything tasted. always hot and tastes relatively fresh, melt in your mouth worthy food. i always go for a baconator and some sort of fry concoction, and i always got a well made and good plate of their loaded fries (other fast foods i cant say the same). and the drinks? always perfect. the way they make their lemonades are to die for. it's always so much better than other wendys at that. now i typically ue but this time i decided to drive the 20 minute drive it is instead of going to the one 5 minutes away from me and again, no disappointment!! the girl who made my blueberry pomegranate lemonade had this cute hairstyle with two framing pieces and she quite literally made my day with how DELICIOUS it was. im not sure how reviews are bad, but i will say, i happily return here every time AND will be taking the 20 minute drive for this location specifically.“

“I want to start by saying fast food restaurants have been garbage since Covid. I have four children and sometimes it’s too much to cook dinner so I try to find the quickest route and sometimes that’s fast food. Usually don’t go to the Wendy’s and I decided on it tonight when I pull up, the only two workers are sitting outside on a cigarette break, which is well-deserved. This made me nervous because I didn’t want to frustrate anyone for being the only car in line. I pulled up to the speaker and knew it was going to be great from the second I heard her tone of voice. This night crew was so Kind and pleasant to speak with, that’s so hard to come across. And get this you guys the food was hot. I couldn’t ask for more after a long, stressful day. Are you other Fast food joints you need to get some training off of this place!!!“
