Most dgaf restaurant in the Town Center. Slowest fast food service. Employees have one speed and it's super slow. Waited 25 minutes for 1 salad and 1 combo meal for a dine in order. Giant water puddle on the floor the whole time I was here. No ice. 70% of the drink selections were empty. No apology, manager cussing in front of customers and an incompetent kitchen staff. Avoid, I was charged for food I did not order after my card was kept by drive thru staff. Manager Ashley Morrison refused to provide me with the district managers information so that I can file a grievance. Called corporate, little help. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Got here dinner time, it’s dead inside, store has no zax sauce, no soap in restroom, no ice in customer area, no sweet tea in customer area… what are y’all even doing?**edit**Came back a few weeks later as it’s the closest Zaxby’s to me… chicken is old as heck.
