“I ordered my breakfast and paid for it. Waited about two minutes. When one of the ladies looked up and saw that I was still waiting, she promptly asked me what I was waiting for.. So I had to remind them of the order that was still on the screen. I had already received my coffee and I guess they thought that was it. I’m all fine with waiting but to get the order right when it’s written on the receipt as well as the screen is beyond me. The only reason I know this is because I was able to read their screen from where I was standing. I thought they got the order right because it was right on my receipt and the small screen that showed the employees what I had. But unbeknownst to me when I got to my location and started eating I noticed that it didn’t have the egg that I paid for. So I took a picture of it as well as my receipt. In this day and age, it’s hard to make the money that I make and spend it on something I don’t get. Please do better.“
“I have been ordering Matcha for a few years now & THIS location is the ONLY Dunkin' that has made my ice Matcha drink without the lumps in it! Diana made my drink twice on 3/16/26 & she should train other locations on how to mix matcha drinks! Maybe corporate should ENFORCE how Diana mixes matcha drinks at ALL locations! Just my opinion!“
