“Service is nice and helpful. The girl with the tied hair even made a compliment to the lady's bag next to me. Unfortunately the lady was not so nice and did notice the server compliment. I exited from I 95 south and there was no sign stating the distance to the shop. It would be helpful to add such a sign. The order was done pretty quickly and the servers are lovely and patient.“
“I'm a regular at Dunkin’, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Jennifer Austin. I'm pretty picky with my order, and Jen always gets it perfect—every single time. That alone is impressive, but what really stands out is her bright, vibrant personality. She's a true people person and makes every visit a positive experience.
There are a lot of Dunkin’ locations around, but I go out of my way to come to this one just because of Jennifer. She brings such a strong, positive representation to the Dunkin’ brand. Her customer service is Grade A, and that kind of consistency and energy absolutely deserves recognition.
