“This place truly deserves to be busier than it is. Possibly the location that people overlook it, but they should not. The owner is a nice guy who sits outside and greets you as you come and opens the door as you leave and thanks you for coming. Something super rare to find. But the food is excellent! Starting off with the homemade garlic knots, the crispy chicken parm and the filet of Sole Francese over pasta. Service was great and really had no complaints.“

“Was visiting the area for two nights and dined at Carmine’s both nights…it’s that good!! Had the Penne Caprese first night and the 4 Cheese/Pear Fiocchi next night. Both were excellent!! Service was fast and very friendly. Also, we had our pup with us and the outdoor dining area was great! Highly recommend Carmine’s. If I didn’t live 3 hours away, I’d be a regular.“

“A taste of New York has arrived to Port St Lucie. This is basically a take out pizza place. It has seating for about 10 people. We ordered a medium pizza with several vegetable toppings. I think of myself as a pizza expert and this pizza reminded me of Ray's from New York City. The crust is not to thick and properly cooked with a nice crunch. The mozzarella is nice and gooey. The pie was not greasy and it was not overly spicey. I live to add hot pepper flakes and parmasean cheese. This place is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Plenty of parking, easy to find.“
