“Stopped in for a surprise happy hour as I was walking down the strip. When the bites came out, I was extremely pleasantly surprised. Those small each, and every piece was so quality and had layers to flavor. The short man behind the bar was absolutely pleasant Ant and made jokes with us and welcomed us from the moment we walked in. All service members were pleasant. Atmosphere is calming yet lively and fun.“

“We went to seasons 52 as a group of three friends who regularly lunch on a monthly basis. The hostess, Ellen was so hospitable and welcoming, and led us to a wonderful and comfortable seating area and ensured that we were attended to quickly. Our server, whose name I now don't recall was attentive throughout and provided excellent service.“

“My very first time at this location, and we had a great time. The atmosphere was pretty cool. The lighting was dark. I didn't care for that,but the food was very good, especially the chicken tortilla soup. “I got the Ribeye with mashed potatoes and green beans. Those green beans are to die for as the flavor. Potatoes were perfect consistency. The Ribeye was cooked perfectly the way I asked and it was super tender with a good flavor to it. A little pricey but I didn't mind especially with the view I had.“

“I always look at the menu before reserving. I know the fine print says subject to change, BUT it was literally 90% different. When I asked server, she says they change menu every week. For example... these are the items listed on menu on Open Table that were not there when I arrived: stuffed dates, escargot, Cesear salad, scallops, lemon tart, toffee cake, beet salad, and a host of other things. I ended up just sharing an appetizer w my husband and having a drink (espresso martini; good). That's it. I didn't eat dinner because I didn't like anything on the new menu!!!!!!“

The food was truly incredible from presentation to taste. The crispy cauliflower was packed with flavor. The grilled octopus was incredible and charred to perfection. I’d recommend the tenderloin truffle as a main dish or the beef cheek pasta. Both were full of flavor and truffle. The desserts were just as delicious. The apple tart and pavlova are definitely a must.

Overall, The Collab delivers an outstanding dining experience and service. It’s a wonderful addition to The Thesis.“
