Derrick the server was great
What a fun place! We sat outside on the patio facing the canal, the water was great, it rained a little but we were under the tiki hut so even right at the rail, we didn't get wet. The server (Derrick) was awesome, he helped us choose our meals, was very attentive, had a great personality. Nice location. Standard fare at normal high prices. The service though…. The service isn’t so much bad as it is completely indifferent. Bill showed up while we were eating, not a single dirty dish cleared until we finally piled everything ourselves and put at edge of table - even then several staff passed by uninterested. Just a general vibe of customers as a real nuisance.
