Burger King in Kissimmee

“I just want to thank the general manager Milexa, and the assistant manager Darleen for the quick service I received at this location. The service has improved immensely, since the last time I was here, and I haven't been here for a while. I made my order they expedited my order in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the level of customer service that the general manager and assistant manager provided to me, and my family, I had several questions about my order they gladly with smiles& courtesy. Took the time out although they were busy to address my concerns, I was satisfied with the outcome being that I'm a manager as well at a fast food restaurant. hats off to the management team for a job well done. I have to recognize these ladies because it's the right thing to do. Hat off to them both, I would have given six stars but they only allowed to me to give them five stars. 😄 Food was fresh. I'll will definitely come back again with my family. By the way, loving the remolding. Very clean lobby, & restrooms. 💕🤗💕“

“I don’t usually review fast food chains—especially burger joints—but this location deserves recognition. The staff were friendly, prompt, and efficient. The place was clean and well-maintained. The food was about as good as a fast food burger can be. Kudos to the staff and management—it’s clear they care about doing things right.“

“Food was good when we eventually received it, as it took ages for our number to be called, others receiving their orders before ours, even though they arrived after us. Too cold/cool inside the restaurant. Turn it down a little for the evening, you might cut your costs“

“It had been a long time since I had gone to Burger King. When going to this location, the burgers are huge and quite good. Very filling. Burger King's burgers are now bigger and tastier. The only thing is that now fast foods are too expensive.“

“We came late night on a Sunday and the worker was very friendly. There was only one Hispanic gentleman taking orders as well as preparing the food. I wish I remembered his name, but regardless we love burger King and you have to hire more people for this location.“

“Since the new management took over, this Burger King in BVL has completely transformed! The service is truly amazing. Every time I come in, I make sure to let the team know how great they are. The food is always fresh, fast, and the customer service is outstanding. Keep up the great work!“

“It's a nicely done remodeled location. We visit there a couple of times every month. It can be hit and miss, this time was pretty good. The food was freshly made and hot. (and correct) The Coca-Cola Freestyle soda machine was out of a lot of the flavors and only one worked.“
