“My boyfriend and I go to chipotle maybe once or twice a month and we are new to the area so we’ve gone to probably about 5 in the Haines City/Davenport/Kissimmee area. This one was by far the best one we’ve been to in a long time. It’s a Monday night 20 minutes before close and all the staff were super energetic, friendly, and actually attentive. They were following proper food safety. Janessa was the highlight, people typically break my boyfriend’s burrito as he gets double meat, double cheese, etc in a double wrap. Janessa knew exactly what she was doing… flawless execution with a smile on her face.“
“I've had no negative interactions with the staff at this Poinciana location... EVER. I'm happy about that because I live in this community. I usually order online and pick up at the drive-thru. My order is usually ready before I get there. That's a pleasure. Thanks to the Poinciana team for their great service, tasty food, and clean restaurant.“

“Walked in and was served immediately by a friendly staff. No wait time. Ingredients in my burrito bowl were fresh and delicious. Topping Portions were fair and reasonable. Probably the cleanest chipotle I’ve ever been to. Even saw staff dusting the walls and cleaning the windows. One of the best chipotles. Definitely the best in this area, by far. Will return gladly.“

“I don't know if we visited during shift hand over, or immediately after a very busy hour, but the service here was slow, we waiting 5 minutes before even being greeted, then the person walked off and we waited another 5 minutes to be seen, then once the food had been prepared, another wait for the register operator to come and complete our order.“
