I use to love buying food at golden crust but I haven’t ate there in a while and decided to buy 2 plates of rice and peas with jerk chicken and 1 plate of rice and peas with oxtail. I was disappointed with what I got and I wish I had taken a picture of the plate. What I got was a small portion of oxtail with no gravy on the rice. The food was just "OK". It was not your typically good Island dish. I had the Ox Tails and was not impressed, I have had better in many places....there is a little place in Poinciana across the Walmart parking lot that served the best Ox Tail in the City. I also had the brown stewed chicken which had good flavor, but was cooked too dry. Overall it was below average for the price.
