“10/10 phenomenal. The environment is light and fun. I had rhe waffle with fruit, ice cream and Nutella. It was absolutely delicious. The waffle was perfectly cooked, fruit was fresh, and everything went together perfectly. No complaints at all. Cant wait to come back!“

“I went to the location on I-Drive (5584 International Dr 32819) and was served by Melody D and Randy. Melody was very helpful in providing options for me to try and answer all my questions. Whenever I am able to I definitely will be heading back to Bruster’s. You can’t beat it, great ice cream and excellent customer service.“

“Perfect for a late night treat. I went in at 11:55 pm and the night crew was actually so friendly. I strongly recommend going. I was hesitant because it was so close to close but they said “I have to be here anyway” so really don’t worry about it. There were 4 people there and they got me in and out of there in less than 2 minutes. One of the workers got that place super swept up. Those floors were clean!
Excellent experience but the day crew when I went the day before did not seem as excited as the night crew. Those are the best folks! 10/10 would do a midnight ice cream run again.“

“Great Place to bring family. Nice variety of little shops, food and fun sights. Park can get a little pricey but there is a lot of other activities there to fill your day. Car shows on weekends are free and they usually have a really nice line up of vehicles. Everyti.e we are in Orlando we make a day in Old Town!“

Today, I’d especially like to recognize an employee named Wanda. She was so kind, welcoming, and helpful, and truly made our visit memorable. We almost went through the drive-through but decided to dine inside, and I’m so glad we did because we had the pleasure of meeting her.
Honestly, everyone at this location is always so friendly, but Wanda stood out today. She exemplifies excellent customer service and is a wonderful asset to the team.“

“This was my families second time staying here in the 3 bedroom unit. The bed was wonderful and the unit was very big. The rooms were clean as well as the pool and hot tub right outside our back patio. The customer service was superb, anyone i spoke to was polite and helpful.“

“My husband & I went for the first time tonight not knowing what time they closed, we walked in right at 10pm and Chace took care of us. Employees like Chace is the backbone of small businesses, as he was extremely pleasant and funny! The chocolate milkshake is delicious my husband says. The Salted Caramel Brownie ice cream is amazing! This was our first visit but will definitely not be our last! Thank you, Chace for making our visit awesome!“
