“So this is one of those “crazy milkshake bars”, but it’s been amped up to an 11! Half of the ingredients are spilling out of the glass (which you get to keep, so that’s cool), and many of them less toppings and more straight up dessert items. Portions are huge so I would recommend a couple to share one on their first visit rather than one each. Parking is limited out front however there is a very large, spacious lot in the back. Very friendly staff as well! 100% recommend this place, and will be back again“

“A very small but popular location for ice cream. The line can get long at times. They have some interesting flavor combinations. They let you taste samples before you make your selections. The honey lavender was perfect. Not super sweet but afresh flavor. The apple cider donut was ok. I should have stuck to the lavender one only. My son had the chocolate one.“

“I haven't been to this location in a while, but have always enjoyed stopping by! The staff is very friendly, the place is always clean & bright, and the location is very convenient.
This time I tried one of their 'Candy Shoppe' flavors, the Blue Razz, a blue raspberry flavor with vanilla ice cream with colorful Nerds candy. It was delicious and a great addition to their menu!“

“This Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream store in Windermere is always clean, inviting and the staff is welcoming. They also designate what items contain gluten on their menu, and for those of us with Celiac Disease, all you have to do is ask them to get your scoops from an unused ice cream bin in the back (to avoid cross contamination) and they do it with no hassle. It’s wonderful to be able to ask for accommodations and not feeling like a burden by doing so. Thank you for the family like atmosphere and high quality, delicious ice cream. ??⭐️“

“Although I think the normal pricing is a bit too high, there are numerous options to get a discount/reduced pricing with the coupons available at many local places in the I-Drive area. The service is friendly and attentive from the point of entry, which creates a great first impression. The main interior area is very clean, which is important to me. I'm a bit boring when it comes to flavors, so I wasn't very adventurous with all they have to offer, but they should certainly satisfy the desires of most/all who visit. “We wanted to try out rolled ice cream, and it was delicious! My son is allergic to all nuts, and they were super accommodating to his allergies, using a separate rolling surface, and opening new items in order to avoid cross contamination as much ad possible! We loved our rolled ice cream, and my daughter enjoyed her Boba Tea. Definitely worth the visit!“

I would just love to say for almost 2 years of us shopping here Raf and Leo have been the absolute best when it comes to overall customer service. We bring our child over here and he loves the desserts. Even when I don’t come for buying desserts I just love the environment they give to me and their other customers besides me and my wife. “Definitely delicious custard if you get it fresh. Don't order what's in the freezer case. It's been there a long time and tastes freezer burnt. There is a 2fer price, but was not honored. Also, the outdoor seating area is always a mess with melted custard everywhere. I feel management needs to make sure their employees show some pride in the store.“

“We had a voucher for which we got 4 scoops of ice cream and a nice cooler bag from Honeydukes that you can't buy anywhere else.

We asked if we could have 2 balls each in a cup, but the salesman insisted on putting each ball individually in a cup, which we found a bit strange.

The chocolate ice cream is very, very good and really one of the best I've had in a long time.

“Always a great stop by to be in here! Clean, presentable items. Outside of franchisee control but they were down a flavor from their full array — one of the flavors was “come back soon!”. I also am disappointed in their rewards system — it seems like it takes ages to get any sort of rewards. The employees were kind and helpful, and stayed open to accommodate everyone. Always a fun stop with new exciting flavors to try.

P.S. I don’t know how true it is, but they claim to be one of the last locations to still serve samples. Bonus points!“

“My beloved spot for the orange-vanilla swirl ice cream! I dream it about it all year until I visit and it’s just as good as I remember it every time. It’s better than Dole Whip in my opinion (don’t judge me). The I Lava You float is also amazing but I just really like the simple cup of swirl after a visit to the Tiki Room“

“Great place to get a snack or a treat, while I was there right outside was a parade which was fun to watch and eat. I recommend getting a table before the parade because it gets really busy during and right before the parade. I got the turkey leg, a lot of people love it but it was not for me. The other people I was with loved it though so I recommend trying it if you have not had it.

“Cold Stone is a nice, safe bet for good ice cream. This visit was no exception. This store did have an added twist, they are also a part of the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory (the store with the caramel apples). We managed to beat the crowd. The staff in the store was nice and friendly.

It did look like they could use an additional person to help them. With the crowds coming in...it was more than two people could handle and keep the store clean.“
