“I stopped by Kentucky Fried Chicken to order a bucket meal to go from the inside counter. The staff was friendly and quick to take my order, and everything was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The chicken was hot, crispy, and well-seasoned — exactly what you expect from KFC. The sides were fresh and packed neatly for the drive home, which I appreciated.
The only reason I’m giving four instead of five stars is that the counter area could’ve been a bit cleaner and more organized during the dinner rush. Otherwise, it was a smooth experience with tasty food and good service. I’ll definitely be back when I’m craving that classic KFC crunch!“

Today I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Erika D at the KFC drive-thru, and let me tell you — this young lady is a true gem. She told us she moved from New York to Florida, and the kindness, patience, and professionalism she showed made me and my entire family feel genuinely welcome and valued.
Erika was patient, clear, and thoughtful with every part of our order. She even shared that despite giving 100% effort every day, she sometimes receives bad reviews. Let me be the one to say you are doing AMAZING, Erika. I see you. We appreciate you. And we are grateful for you.

“Decent fast food, not much to say about the food, it's a fast food restaurant, they aren't always known for quality. The cashier wasn't very audible, and we had to ask her to repeat multiple times. For some reason, we got chicken bones when we asked for tenders, but oh well. The biscuits are great though.
Parking: Near a big commercial center, so no problem for parking

“We walked up to the counter and no one was there. The people who were working in the back saw us, but no one bothered to come up to the counter to take our order.We decided to leave, and on our way out, we saw two kiosks by the door with a sign that said "Place order here".We decided to try it.The user interface was easy to navigate. It showed exactly how many of each piece was "standard" in a bucket but gave us the opportunity to modify. So, we modified wings to thighs or breasts ($1.00 upcharge for breasts).I found it easier to make modifications on the kiosk, than to try to explain it to a cashier!The final test..... will we actually GET the pieces that we ordered? WE DID.So, despite the weird unexpected beginning, the RESULT was great. We got exactly what we ordered, hot, fresh and tasty.“
