KFC in Kissimmee

“This particular restaurant was the bomb! The two employees working there, Susan and Kat, were so friendly and accommodating. Their personalities and attitudes added to the experience of the wonderful food. These gals need to be teaching a class on hospitality and what it takes to make great people for their customers. And just to add, they’ll sing with you “ Sugar pie, honey bunch” if you ask them. Kudos.“

“I'm not a big fan of KFC but that $20 box on the commercials kept playing so I had to go find out what the fuss was about. The meal itself was ok and really there was nothing wrong with it. But I was hoping the chicken was a little more crispy. Good for a 1 time try but not something I'd order again. The gal at the drive through was extremely friendly and pleasant. Long lines at the drive through but it moved rather quickly on a Sunday night.“

“It was really good, the service by a worker of the name Jesus helped us when we had a small inconvenience, he immediately did his absolute best to take care and make a quick solution to the lil' inconvenience, over all it was the best and kindest service I have dealt w/, thank you.“

“Went for a quick meal and one of the workers, Lisa, went far and beyond. Really nice to me and to all the people that enter after me. Really good service. Probably no one is expecting a good service in a Fast Food, but Lisa managed to do it. ??“

“Decent fast food, not much to say about the food, it's a fast food restaurant, they aren't always known for quality. The cashier wasn't very audible, and we had to ask her to repeat multiple times. For some reason, we got chicken bones when we asked for tenders, but oh well. The biscuits are great though.

Parking: Near a big commercial center, so no problem for parking

“We walked up to the counter and no one was there. The people who were working in the back saw us, but no one bothered to come up to the counter to take our order.We decided to leave, and on our way out, we saw two kiosks by the door with a sign that said "Place order here".We decided to try it.The user interface was easy to navigate. It showed exactly how many of each piece was "standard" in a bucket but gave us the opportunity to modify. So, we modified wings to thighs or breasts ($1.00 upcharge for breasts).I found it easier to make modifications on the kiosk, than to try to explain it to a cashier!The final test..... will we actually GET the pieces that we ordered? WE DID.So, despite the weird unexpected beginning, the RESULT was great. We got exactly what we ordered, hot, fresh and tasty.“
