We had a great overall experience. Food very nice considering the volume of people they have to serve in a short amount of time.

The atmosphere was fantastic the night we where there. Our server was great and was very interactive with the kids!!

Only thing I would suggest is to arrive with plenty of time as parking can be busy before and after.“

Sara gave excellent service and great conversation while waiting on everyone at the bar. I am a server and that is a big compliment from me. Kudos for hiring such great staff. “This Volcano Hot Pot and BBQ was the best our family has been too. The service today was impeccable. The food was fresh. The selection was large and they did not rush us or freeze us out. Even when there were some rude patrons, the team worked together to make sure everyone had what they needed. The sweet tea was not diabetic. The food was flavorful. They did not let our paper burn or our soup burn. This is by far was the best hot pot experience we have had yet!“

“We have been coming to Chuy’s for more than 10 years and last night was mo different except we had the pleasure of meeting a server by the name of Warren. We brought our next door neighbor for their first time. Granted we came 30 min from closing (horrible guests right?), and with 3 little guests, you think we would be in and out by any typical server. NOPE! Warren treated us like they just opened, best personality ever, fantastic service, above and beyond through the entire experience. We can’t say enough great things about last night. “We’ve been going to Charley’s on International Dr for over 20 yrs with our children and by ourselves. We were in Kissimmee with our granddaughters and were excited to find a place here. Our granddaughter wanted to go a fancy dinner place we knew exactly where to go. Fabulous waiter (Michael) and manager Tyler and of course the food did not disappoint. Three generations of our family has now enjoyed dining at Charley’s.“

“Pizza was very good. We were happy to find gluten free pizza in the area. However, we called and placed an order and confirmed that the online pricing was accurate. When we arrived, we were charged MUCH more than the online pricing. They happily fixed the price of the wings ($12.99 online and rang me up for $19.99 when we got there) but we were also over charged for 2 gluten free pizzas by several dollars. The staff working was pleasant and I did not ask for them to fix the prices of the GF pizzas nor did they offer to, but I made them aware that we were overcharged for those as well. The website is not old, it was updated 2 days ago so there should k out be any discrepancies (and certainly not big ones) Very good food, nice workers, just check your receipts. Would eat there again but would make sure pricing is accurate.“

“Our server, Brenda, was friendly and attentive. She knew the menu well and made helpful suggestions. The food not only tasted good, it was delectably presented. We had the spiced carrot soup which had a surprising depth of flavor, garnished with pine nuts and African spices. Also we had their lovely Jiko salad. The short rib was tender. The tagine seafood dish was generous. Dessert was a towering kava pudding with a sculpted chocolate topping, a small scoop of ice cream, over a shredded wheat confection on a base of cake that had been soaked in a rum-like liqueur. A delightful evening. Although an upscale venue, that recommends chic casual many if not most diners were very informally dressed in clothes they had worn in the the park. Don’t miss a walk out the back of the hotel to see the African animal compound in a savanna like environment. Free parking in the self parking lot, a rarity in Disney World.
Jiko is on level one so you need to go downstairs from the grand lobby. There are stairs and elevator on the right as you walk in to the hotel, beyond the gift shop.“

I spent around $40 including 2 of their milk teas (in the cutest hard plastic take home cups!) and fed my whole little family of 5. The man working there was so sweet.
