“Just went thru drive thru. The service was fast but the food was cold. I ordered the sweet bacon croissant and my husband ordered just a toasted butter croissant. Both croissants were cold, the egg and bacon was cold and cheese wasn't even melted. And he asked at the window if they toasted his croissant that fast because soon as he paid they handed the food out the window and the girl said yes. So obviously they precook everything and throw it together and don't warm it up. Was a waste of money to us because neither of us ate it.“

“Here on Sunday after church. Great food and the staff is really friendly. Very short staffed (isn’t everyone!??‍♀️). One server for the entire diner, so our wait time was pretty excessive. She was doing a great job keeping up as fast as she could.“

“Great service! We’re Colombian, and I came with my Tia to get some boba, they had all sorts of foods, I was very tempted to buy a few meals, but settled for a snack with boba. The service was lovely, they were all very friendly, and made sure everything was okay. They also had lovely decor, but while we came they were in the middle of painting the walls, Will come back for more soon, can’t wait to see the re-design!“

“I love this scooters. The girl in the window today (11/2 7:30 am) was not ready to be in that position. She does not have good customer service skills. She tried to charge me $24 for a large hot sugar cookie latte. I asked “for a coffee?” So she apologized and the charged me $6.48 for a drink - idk which one as the one she gave me was a hot black coffee. Very disappointed in this experience. Usually the people here are amazing. Idk what happened today.“

“We are frequently vendors in Central Park for the Saturday Markets and often get our morning coffees from Jimmy and Koreem whom are the owners of Richard’s. Not only are the drinks fantastic but you cannot beat the welcoming and casual atmosphere they have created. We love Richard’s and highly recommend them for your coffee and pastry desires.“

“Best Dunkin’ Donuts in Lakeland/Winter Haven area. They have multiple people working, the food tastes fresh and they have it out to you immediately every time. This location needs to help Magnolia Ave bc they are terrible and their food and drinks always taste old. Please help them!!“

“I’ve always appreciated and had good experiences at this Starbucks. This is the closest location some of my family lives by so it’s been frequented by us.

They’re usually very on pace with everything, even though it manages to be pretty consistently busy like most Starbs stores. I usually have never had to wait long for my order, whether I ordered ahead or just at the register.

It’s the same consistent Starbucks products, so if you enjoy them you’ll like this location, if you’re not a fan don’t expect anything different or newly exciting.

The workers are typically pretty friendly as well. One time, I was a complete dummy and ordered ahead to the wrong location. I came in here and they didn’t have my order (duh, wrong place) so I asked them about it and they made me the drink and didn’t even charge me!

It’s a clean space that has good seating to do work or study, or sit outside on their mini patio. If there was one issue for me it’d just be the odd place they are in. The parking lot is not set up in a way that makes a ton of sense but that’s not really in their control.“

“i use to work there before I moved up north to be with my son's and grandsons it was a great place to work and the food is amazing I always bought some food home every night when I got off work try the cheese steak and burgers there great glad to hear y'all have shake's when I come to Florida to visit I'll will stop by“

“My family and I stayed at the Legoland Hotel for an entire week. The atmosphere around both hotels and the park itself was amazing. All of the staff members were lovely and made my son's birthday extra special. Hunting for pop badges was super fun, even for adults, however, its meant as a way for children to get out of their shells and speak to people, so if youre hunting with your kids, encourage them to be the ones to ask staff members for the badges. Also, there's a very good reason for check in times at 4pm at the hotels- so you dont have to pay for parking ($35/day). The park is very inclusive, having a sensory rating system throughout on various rides and attractions, there are also sensory-friendly hours in the park. I can't say enough good things about this place and we are already planning on returning.“

“To be fair, there really isn't any atmosphere, but that's not what this place is about. It's just a little strip-mall bakery afterall.

The people who work there are always super nice, and the food... the food is excellent. Really next level. I'd say best French Toast I've ever had, and everything I've tried has been no less than very good.

We've been here several times, as it's right across the street from us, and have never had a bad experience. No more expensive than any sit-down restaurant like Denny's or Bob Evans, and you're getting home-made style amazing food.“
