The chicken and brisket were a little dry, but flavorful. They were excellent with my gluten allergy and took it serious since the moment I sat down. They even had a separate menu.“

The French fries are lightly seasoned and thick crinkle cut. Golden texture is great and you don’t even need ketchup. The pulled bbq is our fav along with the Mac n cheese. Best out there. The owner comes around to Check on the tables and the staff are so friendly, you feel like part of the family. Can’t wait to go back. “I made reservations for my family since it suggested it on their website. My husband ,3 sons and I arrived and the hostess brought us to a table that was waiting for us! That was a pleasant and appreciated surprise to not have to wait. Our server,Jordyn was attentive and friendly she had perfect timing with drinks appetizers , main courses and desserts. We ordered 3 appetizers for the table and 5 different meals as well as two desserts for us each to have a sample of. Everything was not only full of flavor and perfectly prepared but also absolutely beautifully plated. We had a pleasant conversation with the owner ,Cindy, and she answered our questions about some of the flavors that we couldn’t quite place. We also discussed the history of the restaurant. It’s nice to see owners/managers in the dining area. We will come again soon and recommend this establishment to our friends and family. Thank You all“

“We had a reservation for 5:30. We had to wait 15 minutes fir a table. (Why take reservations?) We ordered a bottle of wine from the wine list, the server did not recognize it. The bartender, trying to be a sommelier, came to our table to tell us they didn't have that bottle. I picked another. when she served, rather than pouring an ounce or two for tasting, filled both glasses. I'm glad we liked the wine. The entrees were both very good. My wife and I made it an enjoyable meal. The staff needs better training.“

“This place is a hidden gem. The food was excellent. Ben was our host. He took our order and brought our food out.
My wife had the pork fry rice with shrimp in lobster sauce with a egg roll. Her friend had the Kung Pao chicken with pork fried rice and an egg roll, and both of my kids had the fried chicken wings. And egg drop soup. Everything was Delicious, hot, fresh and Everything you would expect in good food. We will definitely be back, Ben. Thanks for your hospitality. We appreciate it.

“Stopped to eat breakfast on our way from Fort Lauderdale to Winter Haven for our daughter’s volleyball state finals. Service was great, food came out fast and it was delicious. Biscuits are amazing!! And our waitress Liza was so welcoming & funny. Great find!“

“We had breakfast this morning for Veterans Day. Of course they were slammed. Outstanding staff from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out. We had to wait for our food but while we waiting we noticed how well the staff worked together. The wait staff was complimenting the kitchen and wait staff helped one another. I have NOT had the experience these people have and wonder if their expectations were beyond attainable and no matter how good things were they would still have a complaint. My girlfriend and I love this place. I have never had a badly cooked steak and the prime rib my girlfriend gets is what she wants. I would not under any circumstances continue to patron a restaurant if it were not good. Having lived in west Texas for almost two decades, I know a good steak. If your expectations are that high, maybe stay home and cook one yourself. You are your own worst critic.“

“A gem of a restaurant close to home! We had fantastic service with Corben! The best gluten free crust pizza with sundried tomatoes, chicken and a delicious garlic sauce. A super portion of delicious penne pasta and wonderful pepperoni pizza! I do not trust the other reviewers who didn't review this place well. This food is delicious and very authentic. “I recently attended a private catered event at Flightline Cafe . We had a delicious buffet meal Salmon , Parmesan Chicken Breast , Sweet Baby Carrots. Garlic Mashed potatoes and tasty Broccoli and cheeses . Started the buffet with a delicious tossed salad with all the fixing . Washed it down with sweet tea and lemonade. The bar has top shelf drinks that keep you going back for more . Service was impeccable.
