I’m on a First name basis with the staff here and they are relentlessly expeditious with their prompt delivery and highly efficient systematized approach to customer service and quality.

On an ongoing basis, the overall experience here is and has always been consistently delightful, which pairs with a direct correlation in the personnel on staff which, I attribute to and recognize each one of the team members and management as top tier / high caliber / mission focused professionals who operate as an elite family unit.

I’m not sure if this location of this franchise is owner operated. But what I do know is the Roosevelt team… Meaning Roosevelt, and his team of dedicated professionals come in and they give it all they have every single day and these people can easily be paid double their salary should they decide to pursue This quality in caliber of service for another organization so I would strongly recommend that the Popeyes franchise take a good look into the quality selection of high character and highly accountable personnel that have been selected to serve at this particular location.
