TERRIBLE CHECK-IN EXPERIENCE We checked in at the Swan for 10 days on November 18, 2023 at about 10:30 am. Since we had also booked a room for other family members we checked them in early afternoon. Their room was immediately available. It had a king bed with extra sink outside the main bath. Check-in time was actually 4 pm so we started the wait for our room. It wasn't ready at 4 pm. HUUUUUUUGE!!!!!!!The Walt Disney World Swan is so big! My gosh! I attended a conference for mental health awareness, addiction and wellness. A colleague and myself got lost so many times trying to navigate the Swan Hotel! There is signage everywhere, which does help to find your way! We also had to ask for help a lot. As a person who visits WDW 3 times a year, I will return to this hotel until it gives me a good reason not to. 1.) Location is ideal. You're located basically on the Boardwalk and walkable to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Every transportation option is available to you and you just cannot beat the convenience of being smack dab in the middle. 2.)
