“I was initially concerned with the cafeteria like atmosphere and poorly dressed patrons( gym shorts and t-shirts really). If you enjoy skipper humor, you'll likely be amused by the jokes made by the staff here. The food itself is good, but I can't say I've ever had anything here that was outstanding. The entertainment and theme are certainly the big draw. There are plenty of days when they have same day reservations available or they open the wait list, so it's not a bad option if you're making some last minute plans.“

We spoke with the rest of our party, I called the restaurant to speak to this person, I was told they were unavailable at that time. Our party then decided to go across the pond to the T-rex Cafe. After putting in our parties reservation I asked to speak to a manager from the resurant side. I was directed to speak with a gentleman named Paul who I then explained out predicament and was more than accommodating.“

“Rainforest Cafe is amazing, they have really great food and the staff is great as well. Our server Raychelle did a FANTASTIC JOB! she was very helpful! Service and atmosphere and food was awesome! The bathrooms we're clean as well, store was fun to look around at. I will definitely come back to this place! The food came out fast as well and was fresh! The only downside I would give about this place is, If people are coming just for the rainforest Cafe there should be separate parking so we don't need to pay $30 for parking, other than that it was a great time!“

“We always stop here for a quick bite and it never disappoints. It’s a build-your-own pizza spot with fresh ingredients and tons of options. We’ve tried a bunch of different combos and it hits every single time.

The place is super spacious with plenty of seating. Lines can get a bit long but they move quickly, so you’re never waiting too long.“

“My first character dinner was here today. Food was okay, but I especially liked the beef stew. The characters came around to my table at least twice each. The most interactive one today was Pluto. Mickey and Minnie being the most popular took a little longer to visit. It wasn’t till the end that a cast member offered to take my picture with my son for a character. That’s my only negative. So I only have a picture with goofy, my son and myself. The rest were single shots taken by myself or my son. The experience was worth it just to see my sons face lit up like a jack o lantern the whole time!“

“Dole Whip lives up to the hype! This was my first time trying Dole Whip of any kind. I love pineapple and coconut together so Aloha Isle was on my must-do list and I got the swirl. Super good, the flavors were simple and subtle but definitely noticeable. Nothing in this snack tasted artificial as soft ice creams sometimes do. LOVE!“

“I don't normally review restaurants inside theme park hotels. However, this place is not your typical theme park restaurant. Located in side the Caribbean beach resorts. It's quite frankly one of the best all you can eat buffet in all of Disney World. I could not stop myself from eating the Cilantro Lime rice. The staff is so attentive that they will make you blush. When you visit this place, you will agree It's money well spent.“

“The food was really delicious. The ambiance and environment is beautiful with all the lights above you and the cool food trays that are rotating trees on the table. A lot of Snow White characters are around and you get to “visit” the queen to take pictures. You will have to try the desserts. The best one is the cookies and crème panna cotta. It does cost 2 tickets or meals if you’re on the dining plan unfortunately. If you don’t mind paying for a little bit extra or one of your meals, then I’d say give it a try. The food is delicious and it was a very fun dinner. If you love Snow White or the evil Queen, it’s a must!

The staff was so friendly throughout the whole experience even though they were working double time to accommodate all the extra guests during the hurricane. She’s been taking care of us for as long as we can remember, and honestly, she’s the reason we keep coming back!

Kaylee is hands down the best server we’ve ever had at any restaurant. Her kindness, warmth, and incredible attention to detail make every dining experience unforgettable. On our most recent visit, we also had the pleasure of meeting Ryan, the manager from New Hampshire, and he was absolutely phenomenal! He came over to check in on us, and from the moment he introduced himself, his enthusiasm for his role and his commitment to guest satisfaction were crystal clear. His friendly demeanor, charisma, and genuine approach to hospitality were enough to show us how much he loves what he does. It’s rare to meet a manager who takes the time to connect with guests so thoughtfully, and Ryan’s energy was infectious. He made us feel valued, heard, and appreciated—and that speaks volumes about the leadership at Steakhouse 71.

Between Kaylee’s exceptional service and Ryan’s wonderful leadership, we felt like we were in the best of hands. This restaurant isn’t just about incredible food (though the food is spectacular); it’s about the people who make every visit feel special. Steakhouse 71 has become more than just a restaurant for us—it’s a place where we feel welcomed, cared for, and celebrated. We can’t recommend it enough, and if you’re lucky enough to be seated in Kaylee’s section or meet Ryan during your visit, you’re in for an unforgettable experience!
