If they aren’t managers PLEASE MAKE THEM MANAGERS. If they are managers, GIVE THEM A RAISE!! they carry this place on their back. ?“

“I can’t say enough good things about this Dunkin’ Donuts location! My family and I were in town, still dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Milton when we stopped in. They’d just experienced a power surge, but the staff was still doing their best to keep things going. After a few attempts to run my card without success, we were all getting pretty stressed—especially the kids, who were already hungry and tired.

The manager noticed our situation and, to my complete surprise, offered to cover the cost of our meal. I was floored by this act of kindness. He could see we were exhausted and went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for. In that moment, this Dunkin’ crew didn’t just serve us coffee and breakfast—they showed true compassion.

We’re longtime Dunkin’ lovers from Cleveland, OH, and this experience has made us even more loyal. A huge thank you to the team here—you truly blessed us when we needed it most!“
