“Restaurants have the most unique ability to serve the public to satisfaction. I've learned to choose where I eat as it is part of sustaining my body cells. Mama Tea's has been serving the Northwood Village for roughly three (3) years now and the service, meals and atmosphere are all conducive to my health. I think of several wonderful memories of home ? and family, blending with healthy meals each time I enter Mama Tea's. As chefs, it is never going to be easy to please all patrons. But Mama Tea's has been increasing their indoor traffic, daily. That to me means quality meals, service and atmosphere for all persons in need of a good home meal in an environment of healthiness. Thank you Mama Tea's family for your vision and care for others healthy style. Keep up the wonderful meals. See you soon.“
“Had the lunch special for the first time today - BBQ Pork chops with garlic potatoes and steamed cabbage (Wednesday daily special) You cannot find a better deal at $6.50, and the quality was excellent. I don't go out for lunch at work during the week often, but I will be coming back for sure.“
“This was the best oxtail I've ever had I came here cuz I noticed people were writing in capital letters the ones with the five stars that's what caught my attention on this one and it wasn't just the oxtail the rice the Cabbage best rice cabbage and oxtail juice probably ever had“
“Oh wow!! I have had lots of jerk chicken in south florida and also in Jamaica, but if you want authentic jerk chicken, this is it! Traditionally cut, super tasty, super spicy, just wow. Service was fantastic as well!! If you are going there, you should get the curry chicken as well, super tasty and spicy!! A hole in the wall place that is absolutely incredible for real Carribean food!! A Carribean friend also told me the oxtail is great there too. Thank you Jerk Paradise and Chef Reggie!!Vegetarian options: Wow!! Great!!“
“So.......the oxtails were really good.... 5 out of 5)Curry chicken was good 3 out of 5Jerk chicken 1 out of 5.......it was so so so dry......I could barely swallow it! It was a chicken breast and totally overcooked! No amount of gravy, sauce......would allow it to pretend it was kinda moist! I threw it in the trash after attempting without success to chew it.I want to believe if it was a dark piece of meat maybe it would have retained the moisture.Service was good.....cashier was friendly enough! Small sitting area....nothing complicated!Off the way the cabbage was really really good.....I would return for sure.....but will have to order only dark meat for my jerk chicken.....or skip it all together.“
“Simple, authentic Jamaican food. The customer base tells you this is the place to go. They didn’t have some of the items on the menu so a little disappointed but what we did eat was amazing. Tastes just like we had in Jamaica. There is a lunch special if you don’t want to eat too big of a portion but even then some of us couldn’t finish that. It’s not the best looking place to eat as it’s in a strip mall but the food makes up for it.Parking: It’s a strip mall so park wherever you canKid-friendliness: Not a lot of seating but could accommodate bigger kids. I didn’t see any high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s in a strip mall so can easily get in or out the door but not powered handicap door.“
“Wrapping up some holiday shopping, I stumbled upon the Dumplin Restaurant leaving the Palm Beach Outlets. It's located in a small strip center - parking is tight. My desire was curried goat for lunch. I'm a fan of Caribbean food and the Dumplin Restaurant had some decent online reviews. And an extensive menu. Restaurant was busy - I decided on an order of curried goat with beans and rice, along with steamed cabbage. No goat I was told by the cashier/server. Bummer, I thought, as I really like curried goat. On the suggestion of a waiting customer, I tried the curried chicken. Taking it "to go" as I was driving back to the Treasure Coast, I decided on beans and rice, along with steamed cabbage as my side items. I really wanted the curried goat, but the curried chicken wasn't bad. Not only was the meal flavorful, I was served a container full of food. Cashier/server was friendly and polite - "take out" bag had napkins and flatware. Restaurant was clean and well attended. I would try the Dumplin Restaurant again. But only if I can try the curried goat. William E. Lewis Jr. Vero Beach, Florida.“

“Pretty good place for Jamaican food. I love me some j**** chicken, or pork or some curry. The brown sauce is pretty good. The people that work there arent most friendly, which is pretty typical for a Jamaican restaurant, but I’m just coming and going, and the experience is usually quite pleasant. It’s only blocks from my house so anytime I get a j*** craving, I come there.“
