“Our family was at the Lake Wales IHOP on 8/6 and I have to say our server Brianna was fantastic even in the midst of a severely unfortunate staffing situation. There were about 25 people dining in as well as several to go orders meanwhile Brianna was hosting, serving, bussing, and handling “to go” by herself with 1 cook. I felt bad for the situation she had been put in due to scheduling/staffing as she could not possibly do EVERYTHING herself. Through it all Brianna was attentive, kind, accurate, and I could clearly tell that she had a system down pat. Great job to her!“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Kat at Taco Bell! Every time I visit, she’s always smiling, friendly, and has such a positive attitude. Her customer service is truly top-notch — she goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel welcome. I absolutely love when she’s the one who waits on me. “Delicious ice cream just around the corner from where I live. I usually get the they are so good. This is a great place if you have children. Very child friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: This storefront opens up right to the sidewalk. There should not be any trouble getting in with a wheelchair.“

“My daughter treated me and my granddaughter to IHOP my 1st time. I loved it. Wonderful customer service, clean, environment, inviting, restroom clean. “We went for the all you can eat fish fry on Friday. It was amazing. The fish was very light and breaded to perfection. The french fries were also very tasty if you’re looking for somewhere to go on a Friday night in Lake Wales, you can’t go wrong with fish fry Fridays“
