“They're losing a lot of money on Uber Eats because either an employee is running a scam with a friend that has an Uber Eats account or they are not checking to confirm pickup. Uber will pay to have the order remade and the same girl tells me they already handed out the order but they won't pickup the phone when Uber support calls to confirm remake and payout. This is what leads me to suspect this same girl. So at the very least this same girl is responsible for the loss of profit for every order that she has told me they already handed out because Uber would have paid to remake the order. Either that or it's management. I have easily had orders remade at Buffalo Wild Wings. So which is it? Incompetent staff or management? Either way every time this happens to me at this location you (corporate or franchise) are loosing money. Either that or y'all come here for some free food since someone isn't doing their job and they don't care. (Kidding) I guess they are handing out freebies! (STILL KIDDING). Apparently they don't have cameras in store to give the police because this has been going on too long in my opinion. Me personally I'll sign for it, show my driver's license, take my picture. So I expect nothing less from others. I can't understand if Uber is going to pay you AGAIN, to remake the order, why in the hell would you not want to seize the chance for more profit? Isn't Chipotle a public traded company? Maybe they don't care about their shareholders? IDK, this doesn't make sense to me.“
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from Paola and her team
This Chipotle is run the way a fast‑casual spot should be run, and that’s largely thanks to manager Paola and her amazing team: Laquisha, Ava, Lala and Kenzie.
From the moment I walked in, the line moved quickly, the food station was well‑stocked, and everything looked clean and organized. Even during the rush, the whole crew stayed calm, friendly, and efficient. You could see real teamwork on the line—everyone knew their role, helped each other out, and kept things moving without cutting corners.
Paola deserves special shout‑out as the manager. She was clearly present and engaged, checking on both the front and the back, stepping in where needed, and still making time to interact with guests. That kind of leadership is the difference between a chaotic experience and a smooth one.
Laquisha, Ava, Lala and Kenzie were all polite, patient with custom orders, and generous with explanations when people had questions. They handled the details—fresh toppings, properly wrapped burritos, clean tables—while still keeping a good attitude.
Fast food and fast‑casual places can be hit or miss, but this location stands out because of the people running it. Huge thanks to Paola and her team (Laquisha, Ava, Lala, and Kenzie) for turning a quick meal into a genuinely positive experience. I’d definitely recommend this Chipotle and will be coming back to this location specifically.“
