“Its Chipotle, of corse it's good, I will say over the last few years the burrito size has shrunk and the price has grown. I had to wait for chicken, there wasn't very much chicken in my bowl, something I've been noticing lately, maybe thats why I don't go as often as I use to. Maybe I need to try a different menu item ,like tacos or something. I'm simply no longer impressed.“
“Okay, so I might not be at the exact spot I ordered from, but the DoorDash order under Sophia is a bowl with huge chips and big guac, and I am SO pumped!!! The bowl was delicious but the chips were like when I got down to about half of a bag or a little more than half all you tasted was salt with the chips. I didn’t like that. i’m currently five months pregnant. I can’t have a whole bunch of salt intake so the fact that them chips were that salty. I did not like that, but the portion of the food was amazing. i’ve tried Moes bowl before its good and I’ve also had Taco Bell bowl. They have good food but chipotle I feel like they came out on top. so yeah, besides the chips being a little over salted this won't be my last time eating chipotle.“
“Had a great experience for one big reason, the manager Tony. As I waited in line, I couldn’t help but notice how he interacted with customers and staff. Resolving issues with ease. There’s some people who just have it, and he does. I don’t know him, seriously, but Chipotle, PAY ATTENTION. Tony, you are doing great, kid.“
“I love Chipotle food. At least you know you are getting freshly made ingredients and you can see what you are getting while you're being served.
However, some of the servers need to work on facial expressions and the way they handle the customers' food. I get it, having a long day serving the public can be exhausting and I am also someone that cannot hide how I am feeling and serving the public can become demanding on your body as a whole, inside and out. But, I was taught that body language in a customer service position is vital and sometimes customers pick up on exhaustion, impatience, and definitely rudeness. Maybe it's taught to what seems to me like throwing food into the bowl to move the line along, it just seems rude to me. However, if this is the way to be served at Chipotle, do it with a smile, I believe I can handle it better. Also, make sure to keep the tables clean after use and the floors as well. In addition, the self serving area where the drinks are should always be clean and organized and fully stocked.“
“Okay. So I lived near the chipotle for about five years. Five years ago to chipotle was struggling and needed help. Food was always off. It was super dirty. Service so slow. Now the food is banging. You don’t come to Chipotle for the service you don’t come to chipotle for atmosphere you come to chipotle to get food that you love and is consistent. This place is doing it. They finally got the food down. I’ve been coming here consistently almost every week for two years now and I’m so pleased. Whatever they did Chipotle worked. Needs to be a little clean sometimes and smiling should be a focused, but other than that, this food is so good and I’m so happy. Kudos to you, Chipotle.“
“Well everything is always decent going there but today they decided to just not help the girl the first day on the job and the video is of the “burrito” we ordered. I ordered a bowl after I saw the war crime she committed on his burrito and mine was great.“
“Visited last night with a friend, absolutely delicious. This tends to be standard for Chipotle, but I have been so other locations across the Country where the portions are limited. I love the corn salsa and am used to around a 1/4 cup serving so I asked for double corn salsa and actually had to tell him, no that’s enough. A 10/10 is not enough, beyond generous on proportions.“
“Amazing manager. Has a issue at another store had to call corp and still had a issue. She not only solves my issue but but it genuinely.. def recommend this location. 1000stars.. I believe her name was Julie(blonde hair/ super sweet. She gave me a business card but it got wet.“
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I visited Chipotle only once before my recent stop at the New Tampa location on December 20, 2025. My very first Chipotle experience was back in 2017, so I wouldn’t consider myself very experienced with the menu. That said, out of all my visits to various fast-casual restaurants, this experience truly stood out as absolutely pleasant.
I went in during the evening not fully understanding the menu and relying on something I had seen online. When I tried to order it, the team member explained they weren’t familiar with that specific item, but kindly let me know that if I told them what was in it, they would make it—and they did. The very first employee I encountered had a magnificent spirit. She reassured me that she had all the time in the world, encouraged me to take my time, and made sure we got the order just right.
I genuinely appreciated the patience, kindness, and quality customer service I received, especially from such young employees. It was refreshing and uplifting to see.
The price was exceptional as well. I understand I came on a night with a special promotion, but it truly worked for my budget. I hope and expect that if I return, I’ll receive the same great service.
Hooray to the New Tampa Chipotle I visited at 8:00 PM on a Saturday night—thank you for such a positive experience!“
“I live right off Bayshore so this is my closest chipotle. I’ve been coming here for 6 years, I think we can all agree that it’s been a bit disappointing for a while. I even wrote a negative review when the old staff was arguing with the health inspector.
Today I went in somewhat reluctantly and was complaining taken aback by the cleanliness and complete transformation of staff, the two ladies who were working the main counter and the mobile order counter at 2:15 on January 16th were some of the nicest, polite and everything else you can say nice about someone, from the man who was preparing the food to the man who was frying the chips was extremely professional and welcoming. The ladies seemed happy to be there and not in some mood like they just got over a conniption fit like this place was a couple years ago. From the way they spoke to not only me but also the way they spoke to the DoorDash drivers was the main reason I am writing this review.
There was no arguing about portions and no skimping of anything. It is so breathtaking to see people who actually care about what they do. I am delighted to say that my past review is completely obsolete and I will be taking it down. Best chipotle in the Tampa Bay Area and I will 100% be coming back and downloading that app.
20/10 if I could give 7 stars I would, god blees“
“Of all of the Chipotle locations around Tampa Bay, I believe this is the best. Is it perfect? No, but that's just the Chipolte standard. I enjoy this location because they always cook food despite the long/short lines, and the food always tastes fresh.“
