They were UBER accomodating, helpful & patient(God knows I wasn't) but they maintained professionalism & delivered exemplary customer service! Huge KUDOS & thanks for putting up with me. “The food we received was an absolute 10/10 from this food court chipotle. I have never seen a chipotle inside a food court before so I was intrigued when I saw this location. The line was growing quickly but the girls working seemed to be moving it along at a decent rate. We ordered and the food was delicious. Every ingredient tasted fresh, hot and was the perfect representation on a good chipotle experience. The service was somewhat distasteful although I do understand it’s extremely busy with a lot going on it can be difficult for some people to not be really friendly when working in these conditions. However it would be nice for even just a smile. Still I am giving 5 stars because the food really was that good. I see this store has a particularly low overall score on google maybe if you are reading this give them a second try. Thank you owners, managers & employees.“
“The chipotle crew on Friday, 2/15 at roughly 6pm EST was exceptional. This was the best service experience I’ve had at a chipotle, possibly a restaurant ever.I have never written a review. Good experiences usually get overlooked and bad experiences…hey get over it, don’t tattletale online. But this two bowl order I placed on the 15th day of the second month in 2024, deserves all the praise.I walk in knowing I have to place a multiple bowl order, which if you’re new to chipotle, is the worst to be behind in line. It’s technically allowed but come on, keep it moving.I’m happily greeted and give the first order. White Rice, chicken, no beans. By the time I finished the sentence this magician finished - didn’t even habitually go at the beans. Hit the second order - perfectly executed, generous double chic portion. Second station is already asking for both bowl toppings. I say it once and fast - this other dude is finishing both DIFFERENT bowl toppings as I’m finishing the sentences!Pass it on down to the cashier who apparently has supersonic hearing, bc he already had it set to pay. I even double checked bc how the hell did you hear at their pace and with store noise. Then I looked dumb as hell, bc he nailed it and I’m stumbling to pay - still in shock at what I’ve just witnessed.The Friday team service and speed was flawless only matched by how friendly they were. In all honestly, this group operates like a Formula 1 pit crew and should be paid accordingly. Shout out you all!“

As someone with an active fitness routine, I often visit after a 2-hour weight-training stop at the gym. The rice, chicken/beef, beans and other food options ensures I get a good variety of ‘macros’ (protein/fats/carbs) to help with recovery and muscle growth. The counter service is courteous and listens well to how you want your meal prepared. I also enjoy adding a little guacamole or sour cream to spice things up a bit. The dining areas are not too inviting and lack some warmth (some plants would help) so I usually take it to-go. A great unique option that offers healthy — a great tasting — meal options!“
