It does not matter how busy they are, or how many orders they have coming in they always hit the nail on the head as far as food quality, attention to detail and awesome customer service. Thomas, the manager, leads by example and sets a very high standard, which he holds himself too as well as his employee and it really shows in how this restaurant runs and operates. A member of our family has severe food allergies and the kitchen at this 5 guys always prepares her food just right, which is very rare for us.Happens about 5 out of 10 times when we go out to eat. “Even when they get my order wrong every once in a while (I'm EXTREMELY picky), this location ALWAYS has the best customer service and it is always very clean. Wendy's is 1 of only 3 fast food places I will eat from and they still have the best FF burger around. Dip some salty fries in your chocolate frosty and BOOM! FF heaven!“

“I like my Wendy burgers so was happy to see this place just an easy walk from the Hampton Inn. I rate it a solid four. Staff were good. Food was good. For some reason the dining-in area didn't appeal to me, so I just went the "to go" route and ate in my motel room. No complaints on the food though. The burger was made the way that I like it, and the fries were fresh and crispy.“

The new two lane all the way through drive through has ultimately changed the drive through to a one lane and the other lane is if you want to order using your phone apparently. The new design reduces parking matched with the new inside design the seating is even more limited and ordering is a hassle.“

“I was never told when I called about this place that you have to pre-order anything I was told they've got all kinds of gluten-free and baked entrees well I came from Lakeland there's nothing baked no cookies no cinnamon rolls no danishes and nothing like that they have a lasagna and meatloaf and it's everything is pre-order well I never know when I'm in the area so therefore I was very extremely disappointed.“

“Did online ordering during a busy time of night on a Saturday and got our food pretty quickly which was a nice cold delicious strawberry fields salad that I highly recommend because how finely distributed the toppings on the salad was (Plenty of strawberries, chicken, blue cheese crumbles, and pecans). Plenty of food with a good price. Highly recommend this location along side with the nice friendly lady that gave me the food.“

Now to the good part.
I'm updating my particular review of this Wendy's because it's an example of excellence in the fast food industry. Over the past few years, my family and I have visited this particular Wendy's in Lakeland FL ( Lakeland highlands blvd, same place as Lowe's, across from Arby's and SAM's club) regularly and at all times of day. I've been here near open for a Honey Butter chicken biscuit. I've taken my kids here after a morning hike for some lunch, and I've eaten here near closing time after waiting tables all evening at another local restaurant. Their level of service and dedication to making their food the best way possible is noteworthy. So go get yourself a baconator and frosty! It will be just what you want right when you need it.“
