Food was fresh and hot.
I had no problem understanding the intercom speaker.
Order taker was very polite.

It is a shame my hometown McDonald's isn't like this one. My hometown McDonald's hasn't gotten an order correct in years...often forgetting to put the meat in the hamburgers...I don't even try to get food from their location anymore.“

“Update: pretty upset I ordered extra onions and there were non on my dry burger.
Update: I don't know if there's new management or what, but this is by far the best McDonald's in the area. Lately this McDonald's has been on point, correct order the first time, hot and fresh!!!
This his particular location is a hit and miss.. Sometimes fresh hot food, sometimes cold or re cooked/over cooked, sometimes grease dropping everywhere. But it's McDonald can't expect much.“
“This establishment is always busy. What would make it more appealing to the public and consumers' fries should be fresh and hot. Prices are higher than usual. No one should drop the fries again and nuggets just to serve to keep from throwing them away. Food should always be fresh, and soda fountain machines should always be filled and not tasting like carbonated water. Please check daily. Napkins should always be present in bags, and chicken nuggets should come with more than just one pack and ketchup as well. No one should have an attitude because you ask for more condiments for your order. Consumers make a business run just as well as your benefits to take care of home . Always show respect to all the same way you expect it.“
“We stopped in here for breakfast enroute to FSC and the service was good. The meals came timely and the hot chocolate was HOT...just the way I like it. The server was polite and attentive and for items not readily visible, she assisted us by sourcing around back.
Offerings are consistent with other McDonald's and the restaurant was clean overall.

“I recently attended a child's birthday party at McDonald's, and it was a fantastic experience! The obstacle play area was perfect for the kids to burn off energy, and the overall atmosphere was inviting and relaxed.
The simplicity of the party was a huge plus. The kids were able to choose their own Happy Meals, and the adults could sit back and enjoy watching them have fun without constant supervision.
The spacious party area provided ample room for everyone, and the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made sure that everything ran smoothly.“

“Our 10 pc nuggets were arranged so neatly my daughter didn’t want to eat them. So we took a photo so we would never forget. Fries were piping hot and delicious. And the lady who handed us drinks even marked the one different one and told us.“

Gotta remember to ask for names because they deserve recognition! We have been to tons of McDonalds but this one is by far our favorite!! Definitely recommend for everyone.“
“I don't really go to fast food places too often, but even so, I'm 99% sure I've never been to a fast food place with this consistently great of service. Everyone always seems chill and friendly, and the one and only time I've had an occurence call for asking to talk to a manager, it was such a minor issue with something that wasn't even that upsetting to me, that I almost feel bad for how awesome the MOD Lee hooked me up. Epitome of over and beyond.“
“Management needs to hire more staff for closing! These folks are BUSTING THEIR BEHINDS to knock everyone's orders out as fast and accurately as they can. Visited late on a Friday, drive-thru lane was wrapped around the building; only three crew were on the clock as far as I could tell, and they were ON THEIR GAME. This was my 3rd visit to this location. Never an incorrect or incomplete order, never a bad attitude, never a disappointment. To the folks working the chaos Black Friday, my hats are off to you.“
“So today I go to McDonald’s and I go there pretty much every day and I went to the drive-through and I got a Coke a cheeseburger and fries now my Coke had a crack in it in a cup so when we got to third window, I said hey, my cup has a crack in it can I change it the lady proceeds to just slam the window in my face so I go inside and I’m like hey my cup has a crack in it may I give you one I’d also told one of the ladies that the girl that had served me my food at the third window having attitude she said no you just assumed I said, first of all I did not assume you slam the door in my face while I was trying to ask you a question so for this, I will be calling the manager and letting her know because I have her name and everything because that service today was unacceptable and I usually get good service at this McDonald’s that I go to because I go there every day.
