After a little sleep, we had lunch there, based off of the reviews. So glad we did! Smiley is an accurate description - such lovely ladies running the place! But it should also say: amazing food! We love Thai food & Smiley didn’t disappoint. Portions made all 3 teenage boys very happy (hard to do when they’ve missed several meals in a row - totally hangry!) & it was so good. We always try to support small business when we vaca & so glad we did. Give it a try - so good!!!“

“After hearing so many recommendations, we finally checked out Thai Town and it did not disappoint. It’s tucked into the small plaza off Main Street near Jet’s Pizza. The interior is dated but thoughtfully and beautifully decorated with hand-carved tables, elephant accents, carved wood details, and soft twinkle lights that give the space a warm, welcoming feel. The woman who served us was incredibly kind and attentive while also juggling about ten other guests on her own. We ordered red curry and pineapple fried rice with chicken to go and spent our wait relaxing in large carved wooden chairs, just taking in the atmosphere. When she learned it was our first visit, she brought us each a freshly made crab rangoon to try while we waited. She said if we liked curry, we would probably love them. She was absolutely right. They were the best we’ve ever had, and we’ve ordered them on every visit since. We’ve also tried the pineapple curry with chicken, which has a really pleasant, mild heat and great flavor. It’s our favorite dish so far.“

“Wow- flavors are fantastic! I'm grabbing an early dinner before a concert and was worried about left overs but the portion sizes are just right to where your just the right type of full. Seated immediately in half empty restaurant. staff standing around by front door. reviewing menu, 10 minutes later, another couple comes in and gets seated and order taken within a couple of minutes while we were being totally ignored. no idea who is waiting on us, nobody came by..no drink request. waited a few minutes more, couple gets food? you aren't busy, plenty of staff.. no excuse. last time we were there waitress not friendly and dismissive...so not first bad experience... we left, we won't we back. such a shame since we are regulars, and I usually recommend people go there.“

“I discovered this little gem the last day of my vacation two years ago. I was insanely hungover and my husband went to get me some of their chicken rice soup. OMG! The broth is so favorite, the chicken is tender, and it is topped with fried garlic, and cilantro. We finally made our way back a few years later, and I had to get some of this soup. I got two large soups to take back to Kentucky with me. The ladies that run the restaurant are so nice and accommodating. Please give them a try. You won’t be sorry.“
