White table cloths, water in wine glasses, it is FANCYYYY. But even us walking off the street (without a reservation) we were treated with the same attention & respect as anyone. What I assume is the owner, didn't hesitate to serve us, take our used forks between meals and replace them, and fill our water glasses when low. Clearly takes pride in the establishment.
