I found this to be the best restaurant in the Hard Rock complex. Every dish was fantastic. The Miso Chilean Sea Bass was some of the best I have ever had. I had their Wonton soup and Spring rolls for an appetizer. The soup was tasty and a large bowl of soup. Each chicken wonton was very good. The spring rolls were cooked just right along with the dipping sauce had the perfect amount of spice. My main course I had 2 sushi rolls. The Rainbow Dragon roll and the tempura tuna roll. Both were so good and each had 12 pieces. The presentation of the rolls was nice too. I couldn’t stop eating all the food it was so good. Service was fast, and very pleasant. “So our family (well kids to be specific) has always had a tradition of going out to Hibachi for birthdays. For years we were going to Saitos on Lyons and Glades then they closed down. Honestly was never my favorite, but tradition is tradition. So we moved on to Benihana’s. Well don’t be fooled by the name. Their food and particularly their service was waaay below PAR. Anyways getting to the point, we wanted to try a new spot and stumbled on Saiko-I. From the first few minutes after being seated we could already tell the dramatic difference. The service was on point. Drinks served immediately, appetizers and meals ordered shortly after. Then came the chef. He was fun, entertaining, funny and efficient. The food was probably the best hibachi I’ve had. None of the one item at a time nonsense you get at the other places. And they used much less of the butter and other garbage they throw in at other spots. At the end of our meal we complemented the GM and she went out of her way to make our business feel appreciated. The staff here was friendly, classy and fun, and the food was amazing. Found our new spot! No this is not a solicited review, I was just super impressed with this place.
