“Fresh, authentic and great value for Pho fix.“

“New owners and the name is changing to Kirin. One thing that hasn’t changed is the best Chinese food in south Florida. We had hot and sour soup, lobster with ginger and scallions, Peking duck and beef chow fun. The dishes were all excellent. I hope the new owners are successful as I can’t wait to go back even though it’s a 22 mile drive from home. They don’t have their liquor license yet so bring your own for now.“

“This place keeps showing up as a place to try. I decided to see what the fuzz was all about. It is not a restaurant as in the way we are used too. It's a take out place. It is small inside and it gets crowded. You don't want to eat inside. There are a few chairs inside but they are for waiting, not eating. The waiting is not long. The menu is posted on a wall and there is a counter where you can view some of the things the place has. The food is sold by the pound and it's cash only here.
I read some of the reviews. They all recommended the crispy pork. I got some and lived it. It was crispy. The honey roasted pork, I thin that is what I got. I liked too and I got other things that I can't name now. It's a great place to try new things.
The service is efficient. I suggest you know what you want before stepping up to the counter. The counter moves fast.“

“This was my second visit to The Dutch Pot Restaurant in Miami Gardens Fort Lauderdale, and it won’t be my last! The true gem of this place is the staff. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the genuine, friendly interaction between the staff and customers – no impatience or condescension, just warm and welcoming service. It’s rare to find such a personable atmosphere! The food was, as always, incredible. I had the curried goat, which was perfectly spiced and tender, and the oxtail was rich and flavorful. Both dishes were spot-on! To top it off, we were given a tour of the newly opened, exclusive upstairs dining area (pictures to come!), which looks fantastic. Kudos to the owners for continuously elevating the dining experience here. Overall, this is a fantastic business that deserves to be replicated – amazing food, a welcoming team, and a beautifully designed space. “Excellent!! I went Just Spoons for brunch. First I would suggest make reservations. This restaurant gets crowded fast. I had the grilled shrimp and fried catfish w/ eggs and grits. Enough for 2 people and it delicious. My daughter had the curry shrimp and grits awesome and flavorful. My severer was Sean was attentive answered questions about the dishes and the drink menu is like no other I had the brunch punch ( contains alcohol)and my daughter the sunset ( non alcohol) both excellent. This my first time at this restaurant and it now on my restaurant rotation.“

Our waitress Erika made the evening! She was welcoming and helpful, explaining everything from the specials: cheese wheel pasta and tomahawk steak.

Atmosphere was casual and we had a nice booth
Service was prompt
Food came out quickly and everyone was so attentive and helpful

“The moment we walked in we were greeted with the most wonderful greeting by Tan. He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. Her service made us feel so comfy and welcome and she was also very attentive. When she introduced herself she even asked us for our names. Such a nice personal touch! The sushi rolls we ordered were absolutely delicious and fresh and the drinks were fantastic. The restaurant ambiance was bright, clean and spacious. And to top it off as we were walking toward the door to leave standing there was Mimi and Tan sending us off with their smiles and hugs. Tan, you are such a bright, joyful light! This was our first time here and will definitely not be the last.“

We kicked off with a passionfruit margarita & a bacon bloody mary, both bursting with flavor. For our meal, we opted to share the truffle croque madame with a side salad & breakfast potatoes. “This is your 5 star with classic, real family ties, food. The service is always above what you would expect. You still see chef Angelo. Menu items have family roots. Fresh is always key but the food is hand selected. Pistachios from certain regions. Pork chops of a specific type. Prosciutto aged 24 months. Top notch! I’ve been dining here for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience.“

We had a 7 o'clock reservation, once we got seated our server Angie started with our drink orders. Let me tell you the service was impeccable; she was great dealing with 20 of us. From appetizers to the main course our food came to the table hot and delicious. Some of my friends were there for the first time and could not believe how well the place ran for a busy holiday.
