“We had the pleasure of using Broward Catering as our food vendor for our May wedding last year at Crystal Ballroom on Lake Melva. Elvis was super cool and accommodating. We got to experience his own wedding venue for the day of the tasting and quite frankly I regret not being able to book my wedding there initially but we had booked our venue way before he even had it open. Needless to say we chose a lemon piccata and sweet chili glazed salmon as our entree paired with garlic mash and vegetable medley. Everyone was satisfied and we also used his services for our walk around apps for cocktail hour. My guests til this day talk about the meatballs. Although communication wasn’t there always due to his high demand, he was the least stressful part of my wedding planning and in the end myself, my husband and the entire wedding was truly enjoying the food! And we had so much of it too! The quality was there! Thank you so much!“

“Douglas K Catering did my wedding in March 2024. Food for 65 people. We did a buffet of about 6 small plate items, and 1 one main dish, all in chafing dishes. It was delicious and more affordable than any other caterer I found. The staff was great, both in ordering everything, and in delivering to the event venue and staffing it with 2 very professional servers. We were so happy with everything they did! And the chicken and waffles dish was the Best!!“

“We ordered our Passover dinner from Adam and joes. They are so amazing. the food was all delicious. The brisket, chicken, soup, carrot soufflé etc were all great. They included everything we needed for the Seder including wine, a box of matzoh and all the fixings for the Seder plate. They even surprised us with an apple cake. They delivered the food on Friday afternoon and shortly after I got a call asking how many people I was having at my Seder because they didn’t think I’d have enough matzoh balls. A little while later someone knocked on the door to deliver more soup and matzoh balls. Who does that??? Adam and joes does. Thank you for making Passover so easy and delicious.“

The tasting for the selection of the menu was very well conducted and we were able to add and change menu items without problem. With my wife we were organizing the wedding from out of state and ended up hiring through Essence Caterers the rental of tables, chairs, silverware, etc. They took charge and set up everything perfectly. The bar service was also very good. Dietary restrictions: They didn’t really have noted gluten free options on menu, but they accommodated so well. The cheesy hash was gluten free, and delicious. They even cleaned the grill for me. I bet if you gave 24 hours notice they would have gluten free bread or tortilla for you. I brought my own.

Parking: There is parking, but you would need to be able to get into yacht haven at there current location.
