The curbside service is prompt and friendly (if you eat in your vehicle). I rather prefer to kick back and relax on their clean and well-maintained outdoor picnic tables with open pavilion.“

Jennifer, the employee assisting me, went above and beyond by checking if the lunch menu items were available since breakfast was still being served. Along with her coworker, they were efficient, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process.“

“It's been a while since we've had Krystal's, as we do not have any of these restaurants left in our hometown.
So when we were passing through and saw that this location has one, we definitely had to stop and it was a great decision.
The staff that were working during our visit were all very friendly, very helpful and they seemed to be enjoying their jobs. They were laughing and joking, but still getting other customers in drive thru taken care of in a timely manner. The young man that was there mentioned the pilot light going out on one of the fryers, and he was able to get it relit and we were impressed. He knew his way around his kitchen. One young lady was leaving for the day, boy could she talk, but they were all very friendly and everyone seemed to get a long well.
We had zero issues with our order, sat there and enjoyed our meals, and just how well this location seemed to run.
When we had Krystal restaurants in our hometown (there used to be 3), the wait used to be ridiculous. 20 minutes was the minimum wait before you were walking out with your food, or sitting down to eat. Not this location. We were very impressed. It could very well be the area, and the quality of people.
But we were so pleased with our experience, and hope that we can return on our next trip through.

“We went for a basketball tournament and came in with a good amount of people. The wait was longer, which made sense because of how many people we came with. Something tasted off about the chicken. I think the grease tasted burned, but I can't put my finger on it. The customer service was good though. The experience was not bad, just some things to improve.“

“I frequent this Popeyes, like any restaurant avoid it during lunch cause it can get chaotic.

Night time though, totally different vibe. Night crew is a well oiled machine, everyone is up beat, you get your food fresh, and on time.

I’ve never had to wait more than 7 minutes for a two person meal, and you can tell the fryers are fresh.
