This may honestly be the best sushi I’ve ever had, or at least the best I’ve had in a very long time. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, the flavors were amazing, and the portions were so filling. Every roll we tried was packed with flavor and clearly made with care.

It’s a small hole-in-the-wall spot, which usually means you’re about to get something really good and this place absolutely proves that. I love finding little restaurants like this when traveling. The smaller places often put so much love and attention into their food and their restaurant, and you can truly taste it here.

We ordered several rolls: Big Boss, Hawaiian, Mango Tango, and Volcano. Honestly, I’m not sure I could pick a favorite because they were all equally delicious. If I had to choose, I’d probably say the Volcano roll, but every single one was excellent.

I would come back to Pompano Beach just to eat this sushi again. Highly recommend if you’re anywhere nearby.“

“My girl and I had an incredible experience at the Boca location. I like how all the patrons sit at the counter together, it adds a sense of intimacy akin to sitting at a sushi counter in Japan. You quickly begin to mingle with the other guests and even make friends along the way. A member of our party had a birthday and we all sang happy birthday to them and did a Sake toast. This was the best way to celebrate an early Valentine's Day dinner and we are definitely coming back. After this Omakase experience all other miami sushi spots will never taste the same again.“

“Had my first experience last night for dinner, with my father (89 years young who is now eating with me in many sushi restaurants). Dad thoroughly enjoyed the egg drop soup and chicken teriyaki with vegetable fried rice! I had a fab roll (name: Rene Roll) with tuna tartare! The restaurant is conveniently located at Powerline and Palmetto near LA fitness. Such a beautiful and very clean environment with music and the Manager, Albert, was very welcoming and accommodating to our dietary needs. “So our family (well kids to be specific) has always had a tradition of going out to Hibachi for birthdays. For years we were going to Saitos on Lyons and Glades then they closed down. Honestly was never my favorite, but tradition is tradition. So we moved on to Benihana’s. Well don’t be fooled by the name. Their food and particularly their service was waaay below PAR. Anyways getting to the point, we wanted to try a new spot and stumbled on Saiko-I. From the first few minutes after being seated we could already tell the dramatic difference. The service was on point. Drinks served immediately, appetizers and meals ordered shortly after. Then came the chef. He was fun, entertaining, funny and efficient. The food was probably the best hibachi I’ve had. None of the one item at a time nonsense you get at the other places. And they used much less of the butter and other garbage they throw in at other spots. At the end of our meal we complemented the GM and she went out of her way to make our business feel appreciated. The staff here was friendly, classy and fun, and the food was amazing. Found our new spot! No this is not a solicited review, I was just super impressed with this place. Shout out the server Hector, chef Javier and GM Ouray.“

As well as traditional Tia dishes. The salads were served with an giner and pickled red onion dressing. The main courses were as ordered no problems and in a timely manner. My Tia rice and noodles were tasty. The sushi was fresh and generous servings provided. Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. Overall an enjoyable lunch with the family.“
