Andrei!!! the waitress was awesome, he knew the menu and was able to recommend different alternatives, food was delicious and service was great, definitely coming back. The Drift at Lido Beach Club continues to set the bar for exceptional service and consistently delicious food.

I was trying to book a New Year’s Eve reservation online and everything showed as unavailable. A bit desperate, I called in and was warmly greeted by Patrice at the front desk. She could hear the concern in my voice and immediately went above and beyond. When I learned the restaurant was very popular and that I would need to leave a voicemail, Patrice took it upon herself to help — she kindly texted me her information so I could share my request directly.

Two days later, I received an unexpected call from Patrice letting me know she personally passed my information along to Dejon, the restaurant manager. That alone exceeded expectations — and then, just a few hours later, I received confirmation of our New Year’s Eve dinner reservation. I was thrilled.

We stayed on Lido Beach for two months last year and are excited to return for three months this year. Whether it’s breakfast or dinner, The Drift never disappoints. While we enjoyed great food throughout the area, The Drift truly stood out as one of the most consistent and delicious restaurants we visited.

The level of service says it all — Patrice’s care and follow-through, and Dejon’s professionalism, are perfect examples of what makes this place so special. We can’t wait to return, enjoy many more meals this winter, and continue making memories here.

It happened to be happy hour an appetizers were half off along with drink specials. The food was excellent and we have shared this special place with many friends. The atmosphere was a bit loud since it sits almost in the hotel lobby. The outside is quiet and beautiful, sitting on a small lagoon.“

“We went to the 11th annual Bradenton Area River Regatta, on the Manatee River, featuring Formula 1 powerboat racing, Formula Lights, and Tri-Hulls. The free event includes racing action from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with championship finals starting at 2:15 p.m. Afterwards we had dinner at one of our favorite spots for delicious food & drinks. We had their Regatta rum punch to celebrate the event. We both had fish & chips too. Delicious.
