(Very good)The Ajillo was tender and cooked well. The Thai seasoning was really goodSkip the nugs as they were over cooked and chewy. Not great.Thai grouper as the special was really good. Probably the best dish we had.The cuipinno was fine but the class were over cooked. Too bad.The pecan grouper was good. The asparagus was overcooked so it wasn't great. The grouper was awesome tho.The service was great and friendly.“

“Frequently vacation to Florida 3 years ago found this gem recently came back for a visit and had to stop here for food. And it did not disappoint me at all. Met a nice server named Jordan who was so friendly and did an amazing job at making sure the service and the food was exceptional. I tried the bang bang cauliflower which was so delicious. Parking was so easy thanks to mayor for parking David. The view is breath taking I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and I can’t wait to come back for another visit and enjoy the food again.“

“Always stopped by every time I come in town to see my parents . Nice groups of people, great service, great food and drinks menu selections, and nice outdoor seatings. Highly recommended booking a reservation for a group of 2 or more. They also make the best chocolate martini in town!“

“I wanted to be able to give a higher rating as the food, the location and overall vibe here is amazing. An art deco culinary experience in one of the most serene settings in Florida. However, the service staff, in particular our server was beyond terrible. A foul attitude and no professional server skills whatsoever. From the fact that she never asked my wife and I if we wanted another drink, to not giving us a kids menu even though we came with our 18 month old.The restaurant has a beautiful waterfront walkway and so my wife and I went to take pictures. Instead of understanding that this is common for guests to do, our server thought we were leaving entirely and chased us down. Why don’t toy worry if we have enough to drink or are ordering dessert instead of thinking we were just leaving.To the management, you need to address a cancer to your business with servers like this. Just terrible and if we’re do go back I worked refuse to be served by this amateur with a terrible attitude and no ability to understand what professional hospitality means.“

“We were down from Clearwater for the day and did a Google search and thought this would be a nice place to try and Man was that a good decision! The food was absolutely wonderful, very healthy choices available, and the portions were excellent! If you’re in the area, you definitely need to try this place!“

“Well this is our first time here but our captains been here several times since highly recommended. Arriving around 10 o'clock results in about a half hour wait that's a guesstimate there's six on the waitlist right now. But it moves quickly. My better half Peggy is browsing the menu Likes all the options if you can't find something then you need to go someplace else they have something for everybody. Menu has a variety of options. Will be back.“

“In plaza in downtown Palmetto next to Walmart. It is noisy but it is a sportsbar. Has games, darts, and pool. My husband and I usually sit at the bar and no matter how busy they get our service has always been superb! Food is delicious, and great selection of beer. Definitely do the garlic cheese curds! I like the burgers and Jaxx chicken sandwich as well. Reasonably priced for quality of food. I would prefer a leaf of lettuce rather than shredded but that is just my personal preference.Parking: depending on time of day or night parking can be a challenge but for the most part we always get a spot.Kid-friendliness: a few games for kids and it is loud so no worries bringing the kiddos“

“A gem hiding in plain sight!! First visit, but more to come! Really good food, friendly staff! The menu is eclectic, a broad variety of foods including crepes ( sweet or savory)! Can't wait to go back again soon!I had the Patty melt served with truffle oil fries, and my friend had the grilled fish with truffle oil fries. And the freshest Crab Rangoon I have ever tastedThey also have a wide variety of specialty coffees.“

“Love the bagels, sandwiches, and the Juniors cheesecake! I grew up in downtown Brooklyn going to the original Junior's Restaurant & I am so happy that I can pick up the cheesecake in my Bradenton, Florida neighborhood! Very nice & helpful customer service. ❤“

“This is THE SPOT. Wow! Their famous Chicken and biscuit was so delicious, juicy and flavorful. Home fries….yes! Kids had Mickey Mouse pancakes and yes, I snuck a few bites. Also one of the few places with a good coffee menu…thank goodness! Espresso Freddo (cold) hit the spot on a hot day. Service was 100%.“

“This place is to die for! I have multiple food allergies and our waitress was amazing. She accommodated all my needs, and the chef prepared all my course’s with care! Definitely, one of the best restaurants and meals I’ve had that accommodated all my dietary restrictions. Nothing but amazing things I can say! Definitely a must visit when in Anna Maria!“

“Nothing better than a sunset stroll and then a scrumptious meal at the Sandbar! We had a couple of bowls of delicious clam chowder and bread with oil. We shared a Caesar salad (great dressing by the way!) and then shared a Snapper entree that was fresh and good. Our server, Lauren was friendly, helpful and a delight! It was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to go back!Sorry, no pictures of the food! But the sunset was beautiful!“

“Excellent dinner last night at Mar Vista. Sitting under the trees by the bay can’t be beat. You must try the gourmet tator tots to start. We had shrimp and grits and their fresh catch risotto. The seafood was cooked perfectly with great flavors on both. Our server, Hannah, was great!“

“Excellent service,good food and great view from the deck.My elderly mother passed out on the way out of the restaurant. The manager and her wait staff were very helpful during this emergency. After the manager called 911 for us, she helped with the 9 month old baby in our party while I helped my mother. She stuck with us until the ambulance arrived. The staff were also clam and helpful with comfort measures like ice and cold cloths. Me and my family were grateful for their assistance in our time of need.Wheelchair accessibility: Two long ramps. Should have brought the wheelchair instead of the walker“

“Absolutely wonderful customer service. Patrick, Esther and Kelly went above and beyond to take care of some lost and wayward out of towners. We even had a golf cart called for us to go to our destination afterwards, driven by Bridget who took the scenic route!This is the kind of customer service that was much needed after a hectic day. Above and beyond is an understatement.“

I ordered my normal breakfast, and another advantage was that I was able to walk from my resort to there. “Good drinks, food, ambiance & nice service. Q's had: Old Fashion – Maker's Mark Whiskey, simple syrup, orange bitters. We shared: Spring rolls. Mrs. Q had: 1976 – Iceberg lettuce and Parmesan dressing finished with applewood smoked bacon crumbles, chopped egg and Parmesan cheese & I added shrimp. Mr. Q had: New England Clam Chowder – Creamy chowder filled with fresh clams, potatoes and vegetables, served with oyster crackers & Point Judith Calamari – 8 oz., fried calamari and soy mustard sauce.“

“Had dinner there last night. We started with cocktails and a crab cake stack and it was delicious. For entrees, I had the grouper and it was fresh, perfectly cooked, beautifully presented and absolutely incredible. My friend had the Roast duck and it was the best duck I have ever eaten.(I was the fortunate beneficiary of her limited appetite)I am an outdoorsman and I am considered to be a pretty good cook myself, and I have cooked a lot of duck on my own but never duck this delicious. “We've been coming to Basil's for over 30 years. There are a few locations in Bradenton and 1 in Sarasota and over the thousands of times we've eaten at Basil's, I would say there are only a few times where maybe the chicken was dry or we were not satisfied. It is a great family owned local restaurant with flavorful flame broiled chicken and the sides are great. I always get Mashed potatoes and gravy and hubby always gets Mac n Cheese. He loves the chicken salad on a pita.“

“We have celebrated our anniversary dinner for the last 3 years and it never disappoints. My favorite dish is the snapper with key lime beurre blanc sauce. Amazing! Their caesar salad is one of the best also. Go upstairs for dessert for a special experience. You won't be disappointed!“

“With a party of 22 people, Brianna did an amazing job keeping everyone’s drinks full and getting all of our orders correct. Kelly the manager did a great job helping out and keeping the kitchen open late for us. Ashley, the bartender got all of our drinks out quickly, and Alvin kept our tables clean when dishes were empty. The food was great.“

“We did brunch on Sunday, and it was very good. I had the turkey club and my wife had two eggs medium, bacon, sausage and fruit. All were great, except the sausage could have been cooked better on the inside (still pink). We ate outside on sunny morning, and had adequate shade. Very nice location. Plan to go back this Saturday for dinner. THANKS!“
