Menu is extremely small. There’s not much to choose from. Only come here for the views. That’s all. And don’t expect amazing food. Our server was lovely.

Oshen at the St. Regis was an experience from the moment we arrived. The property itself is stunning — from the dramatic lighting installations and ocean views to the beautifully maintained grounds filled with vibrant flowers and palms.
We visited around sunset, and the fire ritual ceremony added such a unique and memorable atmosphere to the evening. The food and drinks matched the ambiance perfectly — fresh and beautifully presented.

Oshen at the St. Regis is a rooftop spot serving Japanese Peruvian food onsite at the St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. Located on the 2nd floor past Riva as you head towards the beach, it sits between the edge of where the resort pool ends and where the beach begins, with the lazy river right below. The property is stunning, with dramatic lighting installations, ocean views, and beautifully maintained grounds filled with vibrant flowers and palms. The space has a bar in the middle with lounging seats and small tables surrounding it. Oshen opens daily at 4-10pm. It is a perfect spot to watch the sun set while enjoying a nice breeze off the ocean. The fire ritual ceremony around sunset adds a unique and memorable atmosphere. The entire property transitions to amber/orange lighting after sunset for turtle season, showing care for the local wildlife and coastline. The food and drinks are fresh and beautifully presented, with menu items including Borodino Fizz, G Sake Gek Black Gold, Tuna Ceviche, Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, Wagyu Lomo Saltado, and Hamachi A La Brasa. The service is friendly, fantastic, and attentive, with a low key vibe. It is a great place to grab a roll after lounging at the pool all day.
