“This place is awesome, I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and the food is great the prices are cheap and the service is fast whoever is in the back cooking food deserves the up most appreciation because he does an excellent job every single time.. as I say… he never misses!!“

“If you like breakfast or brunch you'll LOVE First Watch. It was recommended to me and I decided to go with my oldest son. We got a table right away. Everything was clean and tidy. The waitress was super nice and they had our food out quickly. The servings are huge. I got the brioche French Toast that came with a berry compote on the side and it was amazing! Cooked to perfection and the 2 HUGE slices filled me up! Also, they serve mimosas. I want to go back and try the specialty bacon that everyone was raving about. Oh, make sure you tell them exactly how you like your eggs. My son forgot and unfortunately they were a little runny. Also, he ordered an iced coffee thinking it was just like any regular iced coffee but it tasted like alcohol - be sure to read the menu thoroughly because several items are unique. The waitress was very polite about it and took it off our bill. Handicap parking close by and the waitress held the door open for us. Prices are $$. Including top, it was around $60 for our meal for 3 (we ordered a third plate to go). I will return, and it gets a thumbs up recommendation from me.

Someone came up (presumably a manager) to ask if it was our first time, explained the menu to us, and then surprised us with a complimentary app. It's not every day you experience this level of customer service. “Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, my girlfriend, my youngest son and I visited First Watch on Redbug Lake Rd in Winter Springs for my Birthday brunch, and I wanted to say we had a wonderful time. Although my girlfriend has visited several times before at a different location it was mine and my son's first time visiting First Watch, and we are super impressed. The food was very fresh and delicious and the presentation of our order was amazing. Our Server Jazlyn was very informative and helpful and she went above and beyond in her service to our needs. Afterwards the Manager Rick was also very kind and helped us out when buying goodies to take home. I highly recommend First Watch especially the one on Redbug Lake Rd in the Publix shopping center in Winter Springs, Florida.“

The food was a bit of a mixed bag, hence the four stars instead of five. Some dishes were absolutely knock-your-socks-off delicious, showcasing real culinary skill. However, a few things, like the strawberries that came with dessert, could have used a little extra something - maybe a touch more syrup to really bring out their sweetness. “Great food and good atmosphere. My wife and I stopped in on our way home. This isn't a spot we'd been to before and it seemed everyone knew each other. Conversations were delightful and our server Jacob was very observant and delightful. He seemed to know his regulars and still made time for us new folk. I'd absolutely recommend this location.

“Had breakfast this morning. Ordered Corn Beef Hash, scrambled eggs and grits. The Hash was great. The eggs were cold and the grits were the consistency of soup. My breakfast was brought to me by one of the cooks in the kitchen. The same server replaced the grits with hash browns. Have eaten there several times but today seemed like total chaos which I never experienced before. Regardless of these events this morning I will be back to eat there again.“
