This business is unorganized, their storage is a dusty mess, they are all about the money and stretching/watering down their food as much as possible. The owner Kim is bipolar and micromanages everything including what her husband does, she often yells in the work space to everyone for minuscule reasons making it an extremely toxic place to work. Do not support businesses that operate with such poor work ethic, these people has horrible family values. Do yourself a favor and cater elsewhere.“

Within a day they confirmed they could help me out and whipped up a menu in my budget. The food was amazing — people commented a lot on the salad and the little chicken salad biscuits. “Yum, Yum, Yum! I was invited to lunch at Papa Diesel's Restaurant on my visit to Apopka, FL. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the entire experience was a treat. A friendly family atmosphere greeted me at the door, with the added touch of care that was immaculately given to every detail. The aroma from the kitchen activated my taste buds, as I stared mesmerized by the extensive menu. Finally, I decided to go for the “Diesel Sampler”. The brisket was so succulent that it melted in my mouth. The ribs fell from the bone with such flavor that no sauce was necessary—the pulled pork I used to sample the homemade sauces. As I was told, the sauces will soon be available in the local supermarkets (as I can attest to becoming a family staple). Needless to say, the sausage, chicken, and sides all met with the same flavorful standards. Ending my meal with a dessert, I enjoyed the peach cobbler and shared a nibble of key lime cake with my date. It was an enjoyable afternoon, sharing special time with loved ones in a loving environment, dining on food prepared by Papa Diesel, who loves to cook for folks, and making them feel at home!“

“4 Rivers Smokehouse was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding catering. From start to finish, their team was professional, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. Our guests were raving about the food all night—many even told us it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had.

They provided a fantastic spread for our cocktail hour, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For the reception, the highlight was definitely the suckling pig. It was tender, perfectly seasoned, and such a memorable centerpiece for the meal. The rest of the menu was just as impressive—generous portions, amazing quality, and consistently delicious.
Dessert was another huge hit. The mini pastries and cake were the perfect sweet ending to the night. Guests loved having a variety of bite-sized treats, and the cake was moist, gorgeous, and full of flavor.

“I can't say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. The turkey tacos, blackened chicken, and turkey meatballs are my all time favorites!
