“I was having trouble finding someone to cater my casual wedding reception at Rockpit brewery. After experiencing Cuisiniers at a charity event a few weeks prior I reached out to them. Within a day they confirmed they could help me out and whipped up a menu in my budget. The food was amazing — people commented a lot on the salad and the little chicken salad biscuits. Staff was very good and friendly. Great communication. Would 100% hire them again!“

“Yum, Yum, Yum! I was invited to lunch at Papa Diesel's Restaurant on my visit to Apopka, FL. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the entire experience was a treat. A friendly family atmosphere greeted me at the door, with the added touch of care that was immaculately given to every detail. The aroma from the kitchen activated my taste buds, as I stared mesmerized by the extensive menu. Finally, I decided to go for the “Diesel Sampler”. The brisket was so succulent that it melted in my mouth. The ribs fell from the bone with such flavor that no sauce was necessary—the pulled pork I used to sample the homemade sauces. As I was told, the sauces will soon be available in the local supermarkets (as I can attest to becoming a family staple). Needless to say, the sausage, chicken, and sides all met with the same flavorful standards. Ending my meal with a dessert, I enjoyed the peach cobbler and shared a nibble of key lime cake with my date. It was an enjoyable afternoon, sharing special time with loved ones in a loving environment, dining on food prepared by Papa Diesel, who loves to cook for folks, and making them feel at home!“

Not only were the food options great and easily accommodated our dietary requests, but they were such a pleasure to work with. Every idea I had that "out of the norm" was never criticized. It was always met with a "Oh yeah, we can definitely do that." I got great compliments on the food by our guests. The grilled salmon with creamy dill and the lemon garlic orzo were my personal favorites! Not only were they the favorites when we were selecting caterers, but they were also the most affordable. Definitely worth their pricing! If you are using them for a major event, GET THE DAY OF COORDINATION. I literally cannot recommend Kayleigh enough. I have a "Type A" personality and planning events is part of my every day job. Especially because I put so much personal work into my wedding, I had a hard time giving the reins over to someone else. The day I met Kayleigh in person, that anxiety went away. She was incredible with everything I threw her way leading up to the wedding and her and Bree were amazing day of. They are both so kind, organized, and genuinely made me forget about the stress of everything and enjoy the day. Easily the best money I spent on my wedding.“

Pearsons catering might meet their customers expectations but behind doors they treat their employees inhumane, they schedule employees long hours of work and expect you to work all day with no break or meals literally NOT even 15 min to eat a snack, it’s always go go go on your feet they don’t even share their extra food out of courtesy with their cooks/employees when available, they just freeze everything for future use. This business is unorganized, their storage is a dusty mess, they are all about the money and stretching/watering down their food as much as possible. The owner Kim is bipolar and micromanages everything including what her husband does, she often yells in the work space to everyone for minuscule reasons making it an extremely toxic place to work. Do not support businesses that operate with such poor work ethic, these people has horrible family values. Do yourself a favor and cater elsewhere.“

“I can't say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. The turkey tacos, blackened chicken, and turkey meatballs are my all time favorites!
