“Stopped in Francis Cafe after getting a haircut at Champions Barber next door. Normally, this restaurant isn't open on Dundays, but because of the hurricane and people without power, they decided to open for the day.
They were extremely nice and courteous. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, a cafe con Leche, and a sunny D.
Awesome little spot to stop in for some Cuban food. We will be back!!
Parking: Easy parking lot and handicap spots available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right up front with a ramp.“

“Jamás había comido en este lugar. Decidí hacerlo hoy Domingo. Y no se de los otros días pero creo que acerté. Tengo que decir que el servicio y la atención fue excelente. Me asistió Miguel que siempre estuvo pendiente a lo que necesitaba. La comida estuvo al punto y sabrosa. Si buscas un lugar para cenar los Domingos este sería una excelente elección. por cierto había Kareoke con excelencia y mucho talento. Love It.“

“Best churros in town! Super cheap. And they have other food. Good snacks, especially for the price. Most of the people leaving under 5 stars are just mad that churroman doesnt take card - just bring cash. They dont take $50/$100 bills cuz of counterfit risk, many places are like this - get over it.“

“Man we've had the privilege of catching up with these guys 2x now and they do. ot disappoint. Recently saw them again down in Ybor at the Cuban sandwich festival. Disappointed they did have the frita on the menu that day but got to have our favorite again the Miami chopped cheese, I honestly could eat this sandwich everyday it's that good and so full of flavor. The best guys running it too they love hearing and seeing repeat customers. If you see this truck close to you do not hesitate trying them their food is top notch !!!“

“My wife and I have many favorite Latin American restaurants, but this one absolutely blew us away. The breaded steak was the actual best I’ve ever had. It was so tender that we only needed a fork to eat it. The breading was also flavorful and crunchy. The rest of the plate was great as well. A large variety of food and we will definitely be coming back next time we’re in town“

“The BEST churros in the area ever!!! I would give this lady a million stars if I could, she was very nice and quick with the service. Drove by many times and finally decided to give it a try and I was NOT disappointed! Hot and fresh churros every time, love it with Nutella dipping. The Cuban is to die for!!!! There is a combo that comes with a Cuban and 6 churros for 5.25 unbelievable!!! You can get stuffed churros, empanadas, and a few other savory options! Unbeatable prices and service, so delicious! Love churroWOMEN!!!“

“I want to grab coffee and Cuban bread for breakfast. I'm never in that area but thought I'd check it out as I was passing through. Walking in, it felt like a cozy Cafe that I'd probably go to with my friends for coffee. The weight staff was very pleasant and quickly took my order to go. The coffee was a little weaker than the other Caribbean places I have visited. However, the Cuban bread was tasty and perfectly buttered. Overall I'd go back again.“

“Literally been visiting this restaurant since I was a senior in high school in 2008, it was my “last meal” before shipping off to the army after being processed at the MEPS across the street, it was my go to lunch on my moms lunch breaks lol my in laws love it here too, I’m sure they know the owners. Amazing food, friendly staff always, homey atmosphere… I live in ATL now and every time in Tampa I still come to Cary y Pedro’s 💕 best Cuban restaurant in town hands down“

“Mojitos Tampa: you need to be made aware of the fact that what you are charging for bottles of water is ABUSIVE. We were charged $5 per bottle of water. Mind you, this is normal bottled water that comes in cases that can be found for $6 for the WHOLE CASE. First of all, we didn’t ask for water in a bottle. Restaurants are supposed to provide their customers with FREE ice water in glasses. Second of all, this wasn’t bubble water or any kind of fancy soda water. And third… this is a price gouging situation that should be amended ASAP. You cannot charge FIVE dollars for one bottle of water like that. The maximum that should be charged for drinking water like that in a plastic bottle that was purchased wholesale most likely arguably should be $1.50, if that. This is an unacceptable business practice. Besides this price gouging, we had a nice experience and the food and other drinks were good and reasonably priced.“
