“People who leave bad reviews are the same people who order abunch of food, make it very complicated e.g (a double cheeseburger with no pickles, add Mac sauce, extra cheese, and add bacon) and expect it to be done immediately. We are trained to make the food very fast, but when people have to customize what’s on the burgers, That’s when we have to actually stop for a second and read what they want and that takes TIME. So If you don’t like the way, your food is or how long it takes, just cry about it.“
“I went through the drive through and ordered a Cheeseburger Happy Meal with double fries and a small vanilla milkshake. The girl on the speaker didn't sound happy and still did not sound happy or even have a smile when I payed at the window. The guy at the next window when I got my food was better because he had a smile on his face. When I got home and started eating, it was very obvious that my burger was not made with love like my McDonald's in Brandon makes their food. Atleast my fries and milkshake were good. The McDonald’s in Brandon I'm talking about is off of East Bloomingdale Avenue and is far above any standards.
11/14/25 Edit: This is the second time I've been to this McDonald’s, the milkshake was the same as last time cause you can't mess up a vanilla milkshake. Fries are more salty this time which makes them 100 out of 10 on a scale. Burger is still mid but the fries kind of make up for it. I don't know if it was a different girl on the speaker or not but the one on the speaker this time was really nice and sounded happy to be working at McDonald’s which makes up for the rest of the lost points from the burger. Good job.“
“Very nice ambiance... they don't have call ahead seating.. so there's no guarantee you'll be seated in a reasonable amount of time. I am well connected so I just mentioned that I knew the chef, so i had a table in no time. Mostv likely due to my name dropping, the food arrived fast. I must have arrived late because I didn't see the hors d'oeuvres menu. They must have run out of Chilean sea bass, but filet de fish on a artisanal bun was available. The presentation was exquisitely geometric!! Huzzah!“
