“I have been a vegetarian since approximately 1968. It was not easy to eat out nor at other peoples houses without the constant questioning, “what’s in this?” Any meat in this? Over the years, it was more acceptable and I could find one or two dishes in every menu. Certainly there are more dishes and restaurants now. But I have been hesitant with many because I don’t want to eat something made from tofu or seitan and call it a burger or meat dish. So, I highly recommend that you eat at House of Vegano with fresh food, creative and incredible tastes, amazing choices and friendly staff that makes you feel like you are home. We are definitely coming back …with more friends!“

Got the miso soup 10/10, the Naruto roll I believe, it has no ice and was delicious and healthy 10/10 and the fried calamari. I wasn't too happy Abt it since it looks kinda raw in some areas of the octopus? I didn't know if I could eat it and mostly ate the tentacles“

“I just went for my birthday with a friend. The servers and chef were all attentive and friendly. I got the hibachi chicken and shrimp meal. The food was very good and the portions were huge. “We had a young lady named Evelyn, she was training we believe but also took orders alone. She was hands down one of the best servers we have had at this place. Not only was she friendly, she was so sweet, calm, and quick on her feet. She was also very pretty and looked very well kept as well as the other young lady working. We left a $15 cash tip for her because her work was unbelievable. She made sure our drinks were filled, made sure we were having a good time, made sure our food was good, and was picking up trash from our table that my daughter and son would drop. “I enjoyed my dinner experience at Ichiban Izakaya restaurant. This hidden gem is located nearby to downtown St. Pete.

The sashimi was very fresh and sushi rolls were delicious. My favorite was the sweet shrimp nigiri.

There’s interior dining and I love the Japanese themed decor. Service was friendly and welcoming.

Our server Bre has great energy and was extremely helpful. For drinks she suggested the soju flight since we'd never had Soju before. It's like a flavored vodka but WAY smoother. “Pretty Good We’ve been here for to-go orders in the past. I have lower expectations for to-go since the food is never as hot and fresh as at the restaurant. This time we ate in the restaurant. The restaurant is clean and bright and the service is good. We started with the Bao Bun sampler which was delicious. We moved on to the appetizer sampler. The chicken wings and spring rolls were pretty good. The shrimp and Crab Rangoon were only OK and I wouldn’t get them again. Moving on, the Spot Special Banh Mi was very good. The Eye Round Pho was only OK and had a thin flavor. The Chicken Stir Fry with Vegetables was pretty good with a nice flavor, but the chicken had an overly-tenderized and spongy consistency. So, it was hit and miss. I would go back for the Bao Buns and the Banh Mi.“
