“Maitland, FL. Great service and really great grits, sausage gravy and biscuits made our drive here well worth it. It’s kinda far from where we live but Steve said he’d absolutely come back.

We sat on the large patio area that was nicely set up to feel special. It had misters going and we felt breezy and nice out there even though it was a hot July day. We enjoyed our meal very much.

This is a popular spot with locals. In fact, thigh, it’s kinda hard to spot. Even with Siri we thought we were turning into the Public Storage parking lot. Only after we did that did we see the restaurant.

Once inside the restaurant, though, you realize it’s a nice, Southern hospitality kind of place. I’ve been to another location and I feel this location’s patio was better. Also, the restaurant inside felt cozy and cool. The other location I’ve been to had a lot of orange accents. At this Maitland location the color scheme was more modern and cute.

The servers were prompt and worked well as a team.

Our server was appropriately welcoming and helpful and when I asked questions she chatted easily with us. I asked about other peach items on the menu and she said the peach hot sauce on the table sells out before Christmas! Also, they have added peach pancakes and peach waffles to the menu.“

“I come here almost every Monday for breakfast. We love always getting Dunia as our server. She goes above and beyond for us to take care of us. If you have the pleasure of getting her as your server you can bet that she’ll give you the best service!“

“Service was flawless, Jermaine (Jerm) was our server he was extremely polite, friendly, and attentive. On top of that, his energy made us feel very comfortable. Definitely one of our favourite servers we have ever had.

“Unassuming from the outside, but boy, the rice roll hit the spot with its flavor, texture, and authenticity. My wife also loved the bubble tea, so all in all, an enjoyable spot for drinks and light eats.

“Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, my girlfriend, my youngest son and I visited First Watch on Redbug Lake Rd in Winter Springs for my Birthday brunch, and I wanted to say we had a wonderful time. Although my girlfriend has visited several times before at a different location it was mine and my son's first time visiting First Watch, and we are super impressed. The food was very fresh and delicious and the presentation of our order was amazing. Our Server Jazlyn was very informative and helpful and she went above and beyond in her service to our needs. Afterwards the Manager Rick was also very kind and helped us out when buying goodies to take home. I highly recommend First Watch especially the one on Redbug Lake Rd in the Publix shopping center in Winter Springs, Florida.“

I ordered the French toast, which was absolutely delicious, and paired it with a hot chocolate topped with whipped cream. It was my first time trying their French toast, and it did not disappoint. “Great food and good atmosphere. My wife and I stopped in on our way home. This isn't a spot we'd been to before and it seemed everyone knew each other. Conversations were delightful and our server Jacob was very observant and delightful. He seemed to know his regulars and still made time for us new folk. I'd absolutely recommend this location.

“Had breakfast this morning. Ordered Corn Beef Hash, scrambled eggs and grits. The Hash was great. The eggs were cold and the grits were the consistency of soup. My breakfast was brought to me by one of the cooks in the kitchen. The same server replaced the grits with hash browns. Have eaten there several times but today seemed like total chaos which I never experienced before. Regardless of these events this morning I will be back to eat there again.“

“Traveling through Orlando Late Saturday night was feeling a bit tired had spent two days packing and moving. My 10:00 pm transportation from Orlando to Ga. Was canceled. The next available transportation was not until 5:15 Am Sunday Morning A 7 hour wait, all of the hotels near by were booked. I was not hungry I needed to go some place to relax. The nearest 24 hour business open was I hop. I explain my situation and they were very accommodating. A comfortable booth in the rear. It was very clean Janel my waitress made me feel at home like a family member. Although I only had hot tea with lemon and onion rings it was absolutely hot and delicious.I felt so much better, I highly recommend this I Hop ask for Ms. Janel, She was generous with her kindness I was equally generous with my tip, she deserved it.“

“IHOP, is not a diner but it is a restaurant. I stopped in after the lunch rush and the restaurant was quiet. Almost empty. My server was a lovely woman who took great care of me. The restaurant is running a special right now, which lowers the cost considerably. I went with my usual and paid more. Unfortunately, the pancakes were a bit under cooked. Normally, the food is pretty uniform no matter where you are in IHOP World. Today, it was a little off. Thus my lower, rating.“
